Technically Hutt Space is just chunks of the Mid and Outer Rims controlled by the Hutts rather than a distinct region of the galaxy, but maps usually display it as one nonetheless. It’s basically the equivalent of outlining the borders of a country and calling it a continent. it’s stupid and i don’t know why official SW maps do it. maybe because hutt space is just kind of a constant while the rest of the galaxy shuffles between factions like fuckin musical chairs

But Tatooine is still outside of Hutt Space yeah

Something I’ve seen mentioned on here before that I thought I’d clear up:

Some seem to have an aversion to Wookieepedia’s trend of primarily showing live-action/realistic or the most chronologically-recent depictions of characters in their infoboxes, rather than their most well-known depictions like, say, Memory Alpha does.

I wanted to make it more known that the trend towards realism/live-action in infoboxes is not one set in *policy*. There is no policy on Wookieepedia dictating that such images must be used. Instead, there are precedents through numerous editor-driven votes that have established the trend. That is to say, when it’s come up as a point of contention, the active editorbase at any given time has voted in favor of the live-action/realistic images. Administration rarely makes any unilateral decisions (and historically it hasn’t ended well when they do; Wook’s active editorbase lets the admins know when they have a problem with their actions) and this was not one of them.

In line with that, if you are interested in changing such precedent or sitewide habits, you are always welcome to join Wookieepedia and begin contributing. Voting members do have to make at least 50 edits within a 6-month timeframe (and be registered users), but you can always contribute to discussions in the Senate Hall threads or make your two cents known on a vote even if you don’t vote yourself.

My first concept for a supporting antagonist in my video game idea, “the Chamberlain.” Heavily inspired both design- and appearance-wise by his namesake from *The Dark Crystal*, Chamberlain SkekSil. Also inspired in part by Wat Tambor from *Star Wars*.
