I woke up this morning feeling incredibly happy with my life.

No, it’s not perfect, and yes, I still have things that upset me, but... I’m lucky. I’m doing something I love and I have a lot of opportunities at my job. I have an amazing husband and wonderful pupper. I’ve got several amazing trips lined up this year.

I am lucky. I am thankful.

WOWWWWWW!!! Healthy AF dinner!!

Crispy tofu, jasmine rice & avocado w/a lil stir fry sauce on top 🤗🤗🤗 I feel like I channeled @fitchris25 with this delicious meatless meal!!

The air fryer we got for Christmas has been so amazing. It crisps things up AMAZING. Seriously one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. It was 10 weight watchers points, because of the avocado, but still so filling. 10/10 would make again 🙌🏻
