Yeah so "bowl" is the term for the thing in the end that you put organic matter in and light it on fire. The term bowl usually refers to the part of a bong or bubbler that is removable, like these

Qingshui zongzi清水粽, literally Plain Water Zongzi, is the simplest traditional zongzi.
