Cancel me, but Taga/Aang

Movie spoilers beware, problematic older man/younger man beware, small fic idea I want to write

Aang and Taga's airbending tattoos look very different.

Been imagining Taga asking Aang if he can see his tattoos, curious in how their marks differ.

Aang isn't embarrassed to show off his tattoos, to pull off his shirt and let Taga see. He's done this for other people, and Taga is another airbender curious in his tattoos! That's exciting.

Aang doesn't even really mind the feather light touch of Taga's finger tracing up his arm, telling Taga about how young he was when he earned them, the reasoning behind them.

Fingertips reach his shoulder and turn into a stroke, and that makes Aang's skin instinctively pebble, unable to see Taga who's now behind him, still trying to speak as Taga's touch becomes harder to ignore.

(I'm not a fan of cheating, so delayed kata@ng where Aang was told he was just too young for her, so they're not together yet)

Anyways in short it gets weird and I think Aang would struggle voicing discomfort at the attention of another airbender :)

It's kinda wild how low people rank violence and murder as long as it's not sexual, involving a romantic relationship, and/or a child.

The amount of people who claim "Pentious didn't do anything wrong!" Would NOT be saying that if you changed the murder of those women to sexual assault or the victims to children. If you did that, suddenly watching people get hurt and choosing to say nothing would seem a lot worse.

This isn't character hate btw! Love Pentious! But he DID majorly fuck up. Those women could've been saved.

I rewatched the finale and man, people are straight up lying about Charlie???

"She ignored Alastor!"

She ran to the person who had their wing blown off and was literally not given a moment to then check on Alastor. Vox started ranting, like 3 seconds after she ran to Emily (who just got blasted by a death machine).

"She ignored her dad!"

Charlie goes, "dad?" Because she's confused, and we literally see her run up to him a few seconds later???? I'm sorry she wasn't hysterical enough for y'all 💀

Charlie and this show have a lot of problems, but sometimes y'all just lying.

Also thinking about yeah. The first condition of Alastor's deal was 100% to protect Nifty. In the end, getting the Vees to spare her and Husk had nothing to do with his plan for freedom.

You could argue he just didn't want to needlessly lose pawns, but I think that's why he included Husk's freedom in the deal, I don't think Alastor secretly cares about him. My dear Nifty, though?

Just realized that for how strongly Vaggi believes in the hotel, she sure is still carrying around a weapon that will permanently end someone's chances to redeem themselves.

I wonder if that'll become a plot point in the later 2 seasons. Like, if you truly believe anyone can be redeemed, why are you carrying around the only weapon type that'll permanently kill a sinner?

It's been said before, but MAN, I really like the trope subversion in S2 finale for Hazbin. Velvette and Valentino didn't abandon Vox. Their love and friendship was never a lie to them. Even with Vox pushing them aside and being ready to take them out to kill Alastor, they're just "bestie went a little crazy, let me go get that bitch and bring him home."
