Fyodor's age

Sooo... I've always been curious to know more about Fyodor's age and I've always thought that he's a bit older than Dazai (maybe 24 years old, idk).

BUT, the italian translation of the manga really made me question my thoughts. Why, you ask?

WELL, in the Italian translation of the manga Dazai just refers to Fyodor as "you" which in Italy is used to talk in an informal language. Usually we talk like this to people who are younger or just underage.

On the contrary, Fyodor refers to Dazai, calling him "Mr.Dazai" and he speaks to him in the same form we use mostly with older than us and 18+.

Now, I'm gonna make a fex examples just to make it more clear (I'll use "you" and "she" because when we refer to a person older than us and that we don't know well, we say "lei", which literally means "she"). ((Also the examples are always about two people who don't really know each other, because otherwise, no matter what the ages are, we always say "you"))

12yr talking to a 18yr = "you"

26yr talking to a 22yr = "you"

19yr talking to a 24yr = "she"

29yr talking to a 18yr = "you"

I think you kinda get the point.

AND NOW, LET'S TALK ABOUT FYODOR AND DAZAI.

Dazai talks to Fyodor like the Russian is younger or of the same age as him, while Fyodor talks to Dazai like the Japanese is older than him, soooooo... I guess Fyo's younger than Dazai?

I used to think he was like on his 30s when I watched the anime But then I saw him in the manga and he looked a lot younger, so I was like 'yo what if he's like 19 or smth?' And now I always see him as super young-

Ok, so I was making up random BSD theories with some friends and then a thought came into my mind: you know how we always (or almost) see the story from the ADA’s pov right? Well what if they’re like the gods of unreliable narrators and they’re actually the villains of the story?

Fyodor: *hands Sigma the bag, opens container giving little Dos a cookie* I need to go talk with someone quick, I’ll be back in an hour.

Sigma: wh-what? I’ve never held an infant and you think it’s a good idea for me to babysit?! I don’t even know how to change a-
