Damn delicious tri-tip roast beef. Done simply with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and thyme and roasted on the kamado grill with apple wood smoke. Reverse sear style.

Damn good chicken wings done on the new Kamado grill.

Ribeye steak, mushrooms and baked potato. The steak is from Butcher Box. The quality of the meat is high but a ribeye should be twice as thick.
