My first post on here:)

I have no idea about tumblr, whether this works, if it even works, and if this was a good idea to begin with. But hey! I guess I can just try. So, this is my first entry or post or whatever it is called. Hey everyone, hope you all are doing great and having a good start of the week!:)

Went on another forest adventure!

Went into the forest in the early morning hoping to see animals. I saw a shy fox in the distance and a wild mountain goat! It was a really beautiful trek through the wilderness in the end:) A friend of mine said she thought the pictures had a nice fairy tale / witchy vibe, so I wanted to post some of them. A little bit about the pictures below

1. Sunrise over the meadow. Just looked beautiful.

2. An old forest path that hasn‘t been used in a long time. The picture doesn‘t do it justice because in reality it was a lot darker.

3. A sort of little artsy effigy think I found just off the trail. Looked nice and I left a small wildflower on top because why not!

4. Just a shot of the forest I was trekking through. Again, a lot darker in reality.

5. A random sort of shelter I found literally in the middle of the woods.

6. The entrance to the shelter again with a wildflower I left at the doorstep.

Kinda got lost in the forest when I saw a doe and followed it some ways into the alpine forest. It was a really beautiful small trip into the wild:)

Just came back from a small hike through the forest / mountains and wanted to share some of the pictures I took:) Nothing curated or special but still!

Man, taking a bath is just peak. Baths are that which connect us to the vastness and wonder of the universe. That which elates thes spirit and elevates being into purpose. Joy made manifest. A feeling that transcends what even the thousand tongues of mankind can describe. Where all that is good and pure resided and the evil of the world fades into hazy bliss.

Hate the water bill tho.

having a black cat means every black shape in your house could be the cat. kitty? no my bag. kitty? no my hat. one of my favourite things ever was when i took lex to meet her sister (also a black cat, owned by my neighbour) and it didnt go well, but anyway when we came home lex was bristling at my black boots and t shirts and socks on the floor. so it happens to them too!!!

Yeah, small-talk is good, actually!

I know this is sort of a random rant but I just have to get this out there. I saw another one of those „I don‘t do small-talk. I want to discuss deep subjects with people“ post and man, that just screams social incompetence. Not liking small-talk and/or finding it uncomfortable is comepletly fine. But people who make a point of hating small-talk, how meaningless it is, and how they just want to jump in with „deep“ and „intellectual“ topics clearly have no clue why people small-talk and why it‘s important. And unsuprisingly it‘s also often those same people who complain about not finding friends. Again, no shame in being socially awkward, but at least think about why humans do these things. The whole point of small-talk IS that it‘s meaningless. It allows people to approach, to get to learn your general vibe, and if it‘s something they want to engage with more, without being locked into a deep and often opinionated discussion they might not want to be in. It gives them the space to maneuver and decide if they want to commit to a conversation and getting into contact with the other person. Most people don‘t want to be immediatly thrown into a discussion, only to realize that they might not be compatible with the other person. And then having to either awkwardly retreat from the discussion or start arguing.

So, that‘s about it lol

The first ecospheres I ever did:) That was like two year ago. With spring finally in full swing, I‘ll be able to make new ones again, very excited about that!

Okay, here is a question I have been asking myself for years but never got a straight answer to, so I‘ll just put it to the den of chaos on here. What does differentiate soup from stew? I had people tell me it‘s about the liquid to content ratio. Others said it‘s about the thickness of the liquid. I even had people say that pasta sauce is a stew (?). Please. I just need to know!

Finally got my first little garden going after years of wanting to start gardening! It‘s just a small balcony garden and I have no idea if this is going to work out but I‘m excited about it:)
