Meet the L(esbians)ove interests!!

Hello everyone!! As we work more on the demo, the team and I have been fleshing out our cast of enigmatic and eccentric love interests for TET and we're so excited to share them with you all!!

We'll be posting an intro over the next few weeks for each of the Enmity Troupe's five (and a half!) love interests!

Today's sacrifice is:

> Arlecchino !!

Arlecchino is the Enmity Troupe's resident 'freak', though the Ringmaster insists the troupe uses the more acceptable--according to her--term for her role in the circus: the Contortionist.

Arlecchino is gender-nonconforming and uses she/he pronouns, but leans more towards a feminine identity. She doesn't assign herself a particular gender but doesn't mind being referred to as a woman as a basis. However, despite enjoying the occasional masculine referrals every now and then she may turn up her nose at you if you call her a man or use masculine terms too often. (Now, I won't spoil too much before the game, buuut as a teaser: her discomfort around masculine identity is a bit more complicated than simply 'preferring to be seen as a woman'... ;D. Let's just say gender identity will play a big role in Arlecchino's TET route and leave it at that!)

Arlecchino is the most recent member to join the Enmity Troupe--aside from MC--and joined the circus in the early 2000s. Despite technically being almost thirty by now in the outside world, he is still treated like the baby of the group by many of the older members like Throne or Pirouette.

Despite the innocuity of the title, Arlecchino's role as the troupe's resident contortionist goes a bit further than a typical contortionist's circus performance; Arlecchino is extraordinarily hypermobile and can extend her limbs and torso to up to three times their original length! Due to this however, she has an extended range of 'normal' body movements and it can be difficult for her to maintain a human-like posture without constant fidgeting and adjustments and can cause her pain and discomfort when standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Arlecchino's act involves many impossible stunts and dangerous acts that would kill a normal performer...

And that's Arlecchino! More details will come out around her route and story as we draw closer to the first demo so stay tuned for more content around her! Again, we'll be releasing more character intros for TET's main love interests over the next few weeks so lmk who you're excited for!!! we will be accepting asks about the characters as well if you have questions that don't get answered in the character intros or have one you'd like to have answered in an upcoming intro!!

aaaalright! we are back with a cast preview/wip title screen for our TFC-inspired yuri visual novel, as well as an early sprite set for all the characters!
