Sure you have I ♥ my dog, cat and horse bumper stickers, but where are the I love my FISH bumper stickers and where's the fish calendars? This blog is for all the fish lovers out there. Raven has been interested in fish and aquariums since she’s been old enough to know water is wet. Also adores all things Ocean and Sea and the under water creatures that be. My love and respect for the intellectual Bettas (siamese fighting fish) goes beyond the norm. I'm here to share my experience through owning these lovely Bettas and watching their behavior closely. For those who own Bettas know that they are very entertaining and each have their own distinctive personalities. These finned and fabulous fish bring me such glee. It's been a year since I created this wonderful blog! I remember it well, creating it in the wee hours of Winter time last year! Yes, I'm back, I've been off for 5 months. Primrose's death, being busy with my other blogs, my music blog and life kept me away. I am back now, I could not just leave this blog in the internet graveyard. It's a creation I am proud of and that I love. I adore all fish, but Bettas are a big part of my life. I love my babies! (oh & thx for all the compassion after Primrose's death, NOT!)

Wanting To Start A Community Tank With A Betta Male And Some Other Fish. My Research Seems To Suggest Platys And Neon Tetras Could Be Good Tank Mates, Found Evidence Of Both Living Happily With Betas On YouTube... What Are Your Thoughts?
Yep. Platys and Neon Tetras are good mates. I have had snails, frogs and Kuhlis loaches as well. Sometimes a Betta can pick at the snail or frog, depending on the individual Betta's personality. Any kind of loaches are really good mates. The bigger the tank for mates the better. Good Luck! Let us know how it goes! Thanks for the message!
