bylarae is probably my favorite antagonist and I genuinely don't make enough content of her. all of my other antags' ideals are all under the false guise of righteousness with their own different complex motives and bylarae's just a freak for no reason

also i forgot to add this into the tags but in case you’re wondering why ibis looks different in the last piece: it’s a disguise! it’s a sort of unspoken rule to not reveal your godly status to mortals just for the sake of not scaring the shit out of them, especially since the gods nowadays are considered myths to most people. minor gods can usually run around in their “normal” form (the one that mortals perceive, their true form is huge and frankly pretty scary) since minor gods aren’t as well known, but apex gods are the most known since they’ve never been switched out, so if one goes out in public in their “normal” form, it’ll be pretty easy for them to be clocked as nonhuman. good thing gods can shapeshift though!

got the free trial version of clip studio paint, so what better practice than to spend 4 days making a fake comic page

this probably wont be the style of the comic or anything, it’s mainly just to play around with the features. solid program, though my old n slow laptop made the program crash three times
