I have a deep hatred for people calling my obsession with the good place, or any of my other hyperfixations, "addictions"... It's happened multiple times. I'm not physically or mentally dependant on it and I wish people would stop downplaying the meaning of addiction.

During one of Janet's reboot scenes, Michael asks if she can chill out, and if you look closely, Janet's actor laughed a little bit.

Mindy must be really old since if she died when the point system was already rigged than she would've gone to the bad place anyways so she died before the point system was too rigged

I love how in the ending nobodies personality is really changed. Eleanor is still sarcastic and makes rude jokes(but in a teasing manner), Jason and the people in his life are still not book smart and a bit oblivious, Chidi still is obsessed with philosophy and can be a little cringey at times, Tahani is still a rich girl who refrences people she knows all the time... And when Michael became good he still had the same mannerisms and habits and personality as when he was bad, he just didn't want to hurt people. It's nice and sends the message that you can be a good person without changing your whole personality

I LOVE JASON. HE'S ACTUALLY RLLY SMART TBH. Like he saves the humans, Michael, and Janet all the time, yet everyone treats him like an idiot. Janet was the only person who never brushed him off. I think it sends a bad message that it's okay for people to brush you off if they tell you you're an idiot. Anyways, do y'all think Jianyu was an actual person in universe and Michael stole his details for Jason's fake identity?

Guys did you ever notice in season 1 episode 3 of the good place when Chidi says he has a stomach ache after Michael says that his writing thingy was garbage and Chidi leaves you can see for a split second behind Michaels hand he's smiling because the torture is working

On Netflix a day or two ago this was the TGP cover thingy and I fucking love it Michael looks so disappointed

In the episode we find out Doug Forcetts point total(I think it's like 250,000) we learn he won't go to the Good Place, and Michael uses that as a point that the system is forked up, BUT Tahani got into the Bad Place even though she did good things because she had bad intentions, which would also make Forcett go to the Bad Place because he only did good things to get into the Good Place.
