“I’m the lucky one Blaine. I got the sweetest boyfriend on the planet” David whispered with a tiny little smile and kept pressing kissed to his man’s forehead “And I especially like being your pillow, you really just feel so perfect snuggled against me babe”

“I think it’s because our sizes perfectly compliment each other so we can easily cuddle and what not,” Blaine smiled but it faltered as he sighed. “I’m just really going to miss being able to turn into a wolf.”

“Over a year ago I think..” It felt like so much longer, honestly. Kurt took in a long drag and gave a slight smile as he breathed out. “I highly recommend it, by the way. I also recommend a new hair style. And other things..” He drawled, looking Blaine up and down. “Is there a reason you chose high waters instead of I don’t know, normal pants?”

“I can deal with Rachel better than some people, trust me there are worst people out there than Rachel Berry,” Blaine said. “What’s wrong with my hair style...and my pants,” Blaine asked looking down confused. Not that Kurt was the first person to tell him he should change his look up he just didn’t understand why people kept telling him.

Tara’s personal philosophy if that if a knife fit inside of your pocket, it was really less of a knife and more of a thumbtack, but she isn’t looking to rain on Blaine’s parade so early in the morning. She’d anticipated the possibility that he would be, we’ll say, under armed, so she’d grabbed an extra handgun from Olivia, which she passes over. “Let’s try and keep a little distance between you and the walkers, alright?”

Blaine looked at the gun for a second before taking it. “Alright,” he said nodding knowing it was better. Even though he had made it this long without guns, something about constantly having being shot at made him shy away from using them. “So any advice on how to shoot a gun?”

“I’m pretty sure someone is experimenting on them, and I’m mostly sure are the Dread Doctors. Have you heard of them before? I was told they have been around for a while now, but only show up in certain occasions we don’t know yet…”

“Oh, those poor people,” Blaine said looking down. “No, I haven’t, but I’m pretty new to this supernatural stuff myself, I know only probably about 10% of what’s out there,” He shrugged. “I’ll see what I can come up with by researching.”

Kurt’s grin grew at that. “I see.” He mused. At the mention of joining glee club though, his nose scrunched up and expression grew otherwise bored. “No thank you. Been there, done that, tired as hell of her complaining. I like the trust that I’d be good enough to take a solo though.” God that was an annoying portion of his life. The lack of lead he had didn’t really effect his decision to leave the club, but it certainly didn’t make him want to stay. Either way, Kurt didn’t sing outside of the shower much anymore.

Blaine chuckled. “Fair enough, Rachel has a way of making everyone miserable if Mr. Schue pays attention to anyone but her,” he rolled his eyes a bit. Yeah he was friends with Rachel but even he had to admit she was irritating. “How long ago did you quit?” he asked curiously.

“Well. I doubt we’ll be fist fighting any walkers, but at least you’re combat ready. You got a weapon?”

“If it’s just one it works...sort of. Yeah I found a knife last time I was out there so,” he digs the knife he found out of his pocket looking at it.

“New Orleans huh? Is the nightlife as fun as it sounds from here?” A small grin pulled at his lips. He was pretty sure Blaine was the wrong person to ask about that though considering he gelled his hair. “Sorry you got moved to this little pig pen. Judging by the looks of you, it’s either cozy or hell.” He could comment on his voice too, since that could either be very good or very bad in glee club with how much they fight over songs.

“More so, although it depends on the people you have to hang out with, parties were the best,” Blaine said grinning a bit. “It’s in between for me, I mean it’s more relaxing because not as many people, but it’s almost boring compared to New Orleans,” he admitted. “You know, if you join glee club it might be easier to spite Rachel, take solos away from here and she freaks,” he was really amused how upset Rachel got if someone got a solo she wanted or just got to shine more than here for a moment.

“Not very good with guns, but I used to box a lot if that answers your question.”

Kurt hummed and nodded, leaning forward with his elbows on his knees. “Kurt Hummel. How long have you been in the area anyway? I would have noticed if you were around last year.“ If anything he would have heard Finn talking about a new member if someone joined after the first week or two. At that point it was even stranger than someone joining at all.

“Well I grew up in Westerville, but I lived in New Orleans for a few years, just moved back here a few weeks ago,” Blaine explained, he had to admit his missed New Orleans, but he was trying to make it work here, it had to work even if half the glee club seemed to hate him.
