I think we all have struggled with the relationships we have with our #parents at some point in our lives. Your parents offered you the one privilege every human shares, that is birth. After that, they don't owe you anything they just (willingly) offered their lives up to serving you and tried really hard to #Love you the way they thought best. I try to keep things like this in mind when a tense situation arises between the two of us. It's hard to love and sometimes it seems even harder to love the ones that you're supposed to love. The argument only goes as far as you are willing to carry it and that's true for every person. It's easy to say I love you, and as cliche as it may sound, talk is cheap... The past year I have grown to realize I love my parents so much and I am so grateful for their role in carving me.
