- While this ^ is happening, the events of Sonic Underground are happening

- Sonic begins transitioning during this time, with the help of Sonia

- Sonic and his twins are separated

- Sonic and Sparkle meet for the first time

- Events of Sonic 1

- While Sonic and Sparkle distract Eggman, Sally's father takes over as King of Mobius in Queen Aleena's place

- Sonic and Sparkle meet Tails

- Events of Sonic 2

- Sonic finds the freedom fighters again, seeing old and new faces

- Events of Satam

- Eggman's dethroned but he's far from finished. He runs off to figure out a way to defeat Sonic and to get his throne back

- Sonic, Sparkle, and Tails decide to go after Eggman

- Sonic reunites with Knuckles

- Events of Sonic 3 & Knuckles

NOTE: Sonic X and Sonic Boom are not in the timeline. Boom for obvious reasons and X because it has too many ties to the games that adding it in would make it too confusing, like how a good hunk of the episodes were just Sonic Adventure 2 the anime and how Tikal and Team Chaotix appears. Smash Bros and The Olympic Games all happen after whatever Sonic game came out before them, same obviously goes for other Sonic Spin-offs such as Sonic Riders. The new Sonic Movie also isn't in the timeline, again for obvious reasons
