I'm just the girl ypou see walking briskly down the hall, her hair pinned back in a messy bun, strands flying out around as she walks, her lip bittwn tightly in her teeth as she stares down intently at what ever story in unfolding the the magical book she is reading. I'm just the girl you see hidden in the back of your class as the proffessor drones on and is furiously scribbling on the worn wire spiraled notebook with the fraying cover. Are those notes she is writing? Of course not, don't be silly! Those inky scribbles of her imagination that bleeds out of her inkstained mind are the worlds and adventures of mysterious beings she dreams of. Yes, I'm simply the girl who prefers to be in other worlds than to face this world alone. I'm the girl who hides behind her dreams in order to survive. I'm the quiet bookworm in the corner.

…I almost killed myself

I put on my sunglasses, to hide my swollen eyes, over my tears. I cried all my makeup off. Went inside to have a milkshake. I don’t know why. I wanted something to drink as I figured out what I would do. I got a soda and a milkshake. Medium. The cashier looked at me and with a line around the corner of the counter he rushed away from the counter “Hold on “ he yelled to a coworker.

I filled my soda and went back and saw him looking all over. I go up and he gets close and says “I made it a large”.

That was seriously enough for me not to do it. His kindness. Someone went out of their way and as I went back in my car to cry I realized I could muster through a few other days. A few more weeks. Then I came down from that panicky high of anxiety, depression, and pain. I finished my shake. And it was enough time to let me feel better. I… I’m alive. I’ll make it through.

Try and be nice today. Tomorrow. Something as much as a smile. It helped so much.

Mune:Guardian of the Moon and why you should watch it

If you haven’t seen this movie, SEE IT. It is available on Netflix, and holy moly on a macaroni it is the very definition of a hidden gem. Honestly, this movie has an amazing world, it’s level of beauty and polish is next to Avatar, with character design that the animation industry badly lacks in. It is such a shame that it has so little love, watch it and I promise you will NOT regret it. This is a movie that deserves a fan base just as much as the next Disney film. Honestly, this movie deserves so much.

Not to mention it is a perfect mixture of painted backgrounds, state of the art CGI, and a flowing hand drawn state in a part of the movie:

No film is more deserving than this one, available in two artfully done English dubs and the original French version. There is no stopping you, heck I’m sure you could find an illegal copy of it somewhere (but you didn’t hear that from me.)

Sure, it’s a kids movie, you can’t expect it not to be, but it is magic to everyone.

I LEARNED RECENTLY THAT PLATO WON THE GOLD MEDAL IN THE OLYMPICS FOR WRESTLING THREE TIMES. THIS PUTS A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON THINGS. I ALWAYS IMAGINED PLATO TO BE FRAIL AND MISSHAPEN BUT HE MUST HAVE BEEN FRICKEN RIPPED. I WONDER IF ARISTOTLE EVER FELT ANXIETY ABOUT GETTING PHYSICALLY (I.E. NOT JUST METAPHYSICALLY) DISMANTLED BY PLATO. PLATO WAS PROBABLY PISSED OFF BY AT LEAST A HANDFUL OF QUESTIONS ARISTOTLE ASKED HIM. ARISTOTLE WAS A LITERAL GENIUS TOO. IMAGINE PLATO LECTURING AND WRITING ON A BLACKBOARD AND ARISTOTLE THROWING A COMMENT OUT THERE ABOUT SOME COMPLEX MISSTEP IN PLATO’S LOGIC AND PLATO’S CHALK JUST SNAPS AND ARISTOTLE’S TESTICLES SUCK WAY BACK UP TO WHERE THEY DROPPED FROM, THEN PLATO IN A BLUR APPEARS BESIDE ARISTOTLE SITTING AT HIS DESK AND HE PICKS HIM UP AND SUPLEXES HIS MACEDONIAN ASS.

given the content of a lot of Plato’s conclusions I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that Plato responded to a lot of reasonable criticisms with “Fight me” and that was the end of it.

We’re not actually sure whether Plato is his real name! Some people speculate that, because Platon means “broad” in Greek, this was actually his wrestling nick name. Basically, it’s like Dwayne Johnson became a famous philosopher and everyone still called him “The Rock”.

Ok so I watched Disney’s zombies for a few reasons

There was A BOY CHEER CAPTAIN AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF OTHER BOYS ON THE CHEER TEAM that’s Disney history I mean not as big as gay Cyrus but still Disney history

they were obviously trying to break a lot of gender stereotypes like come on in one scene you had a boy wearing pink and a girl wearing blue sitting right next to each other

If you try to tell me that boy with the poofy hair on the cheer team part of Buckys Entourage even though it’s not canon isn’t gay I will fight you

I mean ok yes this movie came out in black history month and that was 110% not a coincidence they did make a whole bunch of true points

The color sceme is awesome

Like I’m not the biggest Disney fan and I haven’t been since I was like twelve but I do sometimes still find myself on the Disney channel because of nastlgia and boredom reasons and this movie actually wasn’t that bad even though it was super cheesy and I’m still trying to figure out how the hell the zombies are ageing
