Hiya, welcome to my blog

My official name is Rocket_Scientist but just for the sake of all of our lives and our fingertips, just say R_Sci.

This post includes artworks of mine (mostly fandom based since this isn't for portfolio, but sometimes my OG Webtoon stories), shitposts, animations, music, sneak a peeks of what projects I work on for YouTube next, and requested writings!

I got accepted into good universities but I need money because they’re so expensive… if I sold these stickers on Etsy or on my Kofi and Patreon, would you buy them?

This is how the concept sketches looks like. Monthly subscription for Patreon (idk about Kofi yet) is minimum 1 US Dollar, and one sticker would be 1 US dollar each. Sizes will be approximately be around 5 cm x 5 cm (2 in x 2 in).

I need to know my target audience. Should I mix some funny memey stickers with cute ones or just go all out on cutesy and chibi?

TMC stickers might take a while, but I do have some leftover stickers of my Webtoon characters from my previous conventions and I plan on selling those too. Reblogs in a chain now get their own notes

The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve. 

Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.

If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.

Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.

This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!

The fuck is this horrible update, what did I come back to

Tumblr was one of the only places where I could rely on getting growth for my small content creator account, and this would actually diminish the possibility of not only me, but new accounts gaining growth. Now don’t get me wrong, the idea on paper sounds interesting and seemingly might boost engagement for users, but i feel that the opposite will happen (which I’ll explain briefly below) and Tumblr will ultimately lose users. If nobody is liking this update (I’m not seeing a single positive review here) then it is an unnecessary update and absolutely should not be implemented. I hope this gets removed because in the end, unnecessary stuff should be cut out and is just clutter no one uses or likes.

And if it does not get removed, I will be thoroughly disappointed in Tumblr. More and more social media platforms are being filled with bots, AI, and horrible algorithms to gain attention for posts, which makes it unnecessarily competitive and discouraging for new content creators. YouTube and Instagram are primary examples. Tumblr cannot fall down the same rabbit hole the other social media platforms are implementing.

Also anyone know how to send feedback directly to Tumblr?
