Emma's mother Anais died when she was quite young, but she held so many good memories of the time they had together.
So much had changed, the town, the house and the people, but as Emma played with her daughter she could only think about how Anais played with her just like this many years ago. Her biggest wish was to be a great mom just like her!
my neighborhoods are usually a combination of my lots + lots i've downloaded over the years. i'm checking the community lots, and it's so obvious when there's a lot I didn't make myself (it's actually well done)

Mia grows up and she's adorable and so similiar to her mother! "I'm sorry we couldn't throw you a party... But everyone is sick... Next time, we'll do something great, it's a promise!" Luckily Mia wasn't too offended and as long as she was fed and cuddled she was the happiest girl on earth.
Sadly everyone is sick so they couldn't throw an actual birthday party when the time came, but they couldn't leave Mia without a cake!

Even though she was feeling weak, she was still making more comfort soup to stockpile! "You should really rest Emma, I can make more after I put Mia to bed..." "Don't worry, I got this." She was used to do everything by herself that it was a bit hard to accept help...

Isn't it weird, Sims 2 being over 20 years old and someone has yet to make a begonia plant? Or at least I've never seen one. That's why, when I stumbled upon this download from @jacky93sims I knew what I had to do!
I extracted the plant and made a new object of it. I gave it a random GUID (meaning it won't clash with Jacky's version) but if you stumble upon any conflict, let me know. I edited the texture and fixed some small things on the uv-map. It's quartertile-enabled, placable on tables and it has two subsets. Two recolors are included. My version does not require the ts4shadow file, it's using one of the generic shadow textures from the basegame. There is also a second version without the pot (this object is repo'd to the one with pot) so you can use it with other pots as well.
Polycount: 886 / 600 (potless)
Texture: 512x512
Compressed, no mipmaps and as usual you can choose between separate or merged recolors. Do let me know if anything is wonky.
