A block that you can put any one tile shower on and the shower will remain functional when placed above a bathtub.
Works on either side of the tub, with custom showers and tubs too. The side of the tub where the block is can be walked through by sims, but since this is most likely used next to a wall, it's not very noticeable.
Download (SFS) (alternate)
Located under plumbing / showers & tubs for free. The enabler automatically turns invisible in live mode.
Pro tip: if the sim's feet clipping with the bottom of the tub bothers you, you can use an OMSP or shiftable anything mod to raise the enabler by one step.
Thanks to @gummilutt for the previews wonderful comic material!
okay this is cool...who doesn't love a good quality-of-life improvement mod? somethin' so simple and I've never thought to combine the two objects once in 20 years. :)
Not a full on release yet, because it still has a couple of issues I haven't figured out yet. For those who tested before, just replace the files. New testers may want to read the little note I put in the zip. Here we go
Download
May Require Ultimate Collection or Apartment Life or Mansion & Garden
Get compatibility patches separately
Fixes and changes from the last time
New interaction: push Do Chores by hand (by clicking on the plant object)
No chores at parties or dates for family (if not set on the job as servant)
Hiring helpers now fulfills corresponding 'Hire NPC' wants + there's a new optional file that will check before rolling those wants if a helper is already hired (normally, only checks for NPCs)
Fixed not being able to eat at food stand (they took plates somewhere else)
Babysitting role for household members doesn't lead to motives being static all the time
Fixed 'ask for knowledge - logic' interaction (it lead to hobby instruction instead, due to small math mistake on my part)
Correctly displaying 'not for you' when clicking on a chair that's not allowed for the sim when the sim is doing chores at the moment
Fixed annoyance that 'grab a plate' or 'eat' would sometimes be unavailable for no sensible reason
Compatibility with other mods
If you use Nopke's color dye mod, you can tune my AssignTablesChairs to NOT highlight tables and chairs for setup
Made compatible with @morepopcorn's Bar Tables mod (zz patch must load after both)
CJ-ApartmentButlers and CJ-CallToMealFix are sort of incorporated, so if you have them, disable or remove them
Made compatible with Laura's 'Nobles Don't Cook' (load mine last)
Made an edit to Midge's 'Playables don't clean plates on community lots' to incorporate Laura's 'Royals Don't Clean' (load after Laura's) (I had no business doing that, it's not even for my mod, honestly surprised at myself for overdoing it, but well, it's done)
Here's how my Helpers folder looks load order wise (you don't have to have all the files):
Known Issues
Live-in tutors set as servants canβt meditate, juggle and do some other personality based self interactions. Tutors who are not servants can do all that, but don't have my custom ask for knowledge and instruct in hobbies actions (it's either this or that situation), unless they fulfil requirements for the normal ingame actions. Fixing this issue would take redoing some stuff, I might get to it later
Queue issues: sometimes, a bunch of cooking or chores interactions would appear at once clogging the queue (you can cancel them); other times, chores action would have no icon (sort of hidden in the queue). Nothing bad, but looks very unprofessional π I'd get to the bottom of this, eventually
PUBLIC TESTING - WOOHOO!
I wanna see if it makes sense to replace the ALL-in-1 NPC Mod (Ai1) (ChristianLov, 2010; 2008) with this for my new game. The Ai1 mod is essential for me but it can be tricky setting it up with playable instead of newly-generated NPCs. it would be nice to be able to bypass new NPCs altogether and still have all the options.
Outdoor Gym set | Fitness trail and exercise bike
Popping in for another long-due upload!
This is a mini set of outdoor gym equipment, including a fitness trail cloned from the obstacle course career reward, and an exercise bike. Both use the AL monkey bar textures, and I made 4 custom recolors.

(personal rambling under the cut)
I'm still trying to keep up with the community and lurking around here but it's been more difficult to play and make progress on my projects lately, juggling between work, my computer showing signs of age, and personal life in general being pretty rough lately... I'm planning to switch to Linux on my laptop in hopes of (among other reasons) prolonging its life by a few more years but I'm stuck on installation problems. And in the longer run I need to prepare to buy a new computer anyway, pretty daunting task tbh.
Anyway, I have other stuff in the works that I hope to share before the end of the year at least!
So I absolutely adore these stair meshes by Raynuss. They look awesome, have amazing recolours, and are super versatile. The only problem I had with them, was that these were made before the Sims 2 even had spiral stairs in the game, which meant they used custom scripting from the talented Marvine, who uploaded their first set of spiral stairs in 2007.
This meant they had some quirks, one of the most annoying for me personally being that multiple sims could not use the stairs at the same time, leading to many route failures (even with stair fix mods). When Apartment Life introduced official spiral stairs to the game, they made it so multiple sims could use them at the same time, and I wanted the same for Raynuss's stairs.
So, TLDR, I have re-created these stairs so that multiple sims will be able to walk up and down them. They are all fully & correctly animated, using the talented AnoeskaB's mirrored stairs as a template. Most importantly, all existing recolours for these stairs still work π₯³
To use these, just replace Raynuss's original mesh files with mine.

1) Twikki Island
First up, I've extracted some textures off of the Bon Voyage 'Taste of the Tropics' food stand with additional textures from free sources. (see at the end)
There are three options for the counter, because... indecisiveness. We already narrowed it down to three, ok? π
BV-match:
This one uses the same texture on the counter that you can find on the original BV stand.
Lagoon:
A variant with a blue counter. Rest is the exact same.
Walnut:
A variant with a walnut-wood colored counter, while the rest is also the exact same.
Specific info for Twikki Recolors:
If you want to use more than one Twikki countertop-option, choose ONE Main File and then choose the others from the additional files ending in '_CounterOnly.package'.
This way you don't end up with duplicates of the bottom subset of the walls and pillars.
If you plan to use only one version of Twikki, simply choose that particular main file. E.g. [...β¦Twikki_BVmatch.package]
[πΎ Download Twikki: sfs / mediafire]
2) Sulani
For the next two stands, I extracted textures from specific 4t2 Island Living objects converted by lordcrumps and cozysims.
Sulani 1:
This one uses mostly textures from the Island Living Luau Loo, and a few from the Leaky Tiki Barback.
Sulani 2:
Uses most of its textures from the 4t2 Zee's EZ Poke Bowl Stand, and a few bits and bobs from the Leaky Tiki Bar and the Luau Bathroom.
P.S. I know, there is only a Three Lakes version left to complete all three destinations. But I will be quite busy for the next three months. If anyone badly wants me to make those, let me know in a message or send me an ask and it will be one of the first things I do, when I have time for the Sims again in fall.
Quite a while ago, someone requested a version of Ginger's Dance Tile with my animations so here it is plus a new animation for it. Like the original tile, dances usually play based on personality, mood, and some require certain skills.
Outgoing sims will twerk, playful sims will do the jump dance, neutral personality sims will do the hip dances, and sims with no body skill will do the bopping up and down dance. The shy animations are the same as the original. I might make some shy dances in the future.
Like the original tile, music needs to be on before your sims can dance
You need 2 body skill to do the tik tok dance
you need 6 body skill and 4 charisma to do the twerk freestyle
you need 7 body skill to break dance
Lastly, I changed the price to 0 and removed the energy and hygiene drain.
If you already have my Dance Animation Box, Requested Animations box, and my Twerking Anniversary animation box

If you have none of those animation boxes listed above
@megamassikalove was SUPER kind and made me a pantsless shoe mesh for the super cute Hi-Tops on the skirt conversion she did here and I wasted no time in making a bunch of recolours which I would love to share now with you!
There are 13 pantsless shoes with recolours by LadyFu, 2 with black and grey leggings textures from these leggings by CatOfEvilGenius, those same leggings recoloured by me in 3 gradient colours and lastly there are the 3 jean textures from DeeDee!
I didn't make a swatch but I did clearly (I hope) name the files so hopefully that can help. ^^
the shoes only bottoms and the gradient tights are for CF and the jeans and black and grey tights are unisex but feel free to make any changes (this is just the way I binned them for my own game ^^)
anyway.. thank you to all creators for your amazing work and a big thank you to megamassikalove for making me the mesh T_T <3<3
hope you enjoy!

These days I spent lots of time fixing lot skirt shader - and it turned into something more. I was to rewrite many game shaders to get consistent look of terrain and snow, and now, it's ready to be published!
Attempted to fix inconsistent lighting, implemented transparent lot skirt roads - so that they match the rest of lot skirt terrain, more and more!
Improvements
Consistent lighting - lot skirt, lot terrain and roads now match.
All lighting states compatible - dusk, dawn, seasonal changes work well.
Every lighting mod compatible - works even with maxis lighting.
New snow shaders (lot skirt, lot terrain and roofs) - fixed ugly shading, proper reaction to every lighting state.
Fixed lot imposters - now their terrain is rendered as well as possible.
Transparent lot skirt roads - now it's possible to use road textures with transparent cuts so that it matches lot skirt terrain.
Now reflective pond water doesn't require pools - its reflections work by reflective plane placed in lot corner.
Neighborhood roads have light snow pass.
Included
Lot skirt shaders
Lot imposter shaders
Lot terrain shaders
Lot lighting fixes (requires RPC)
Roof shaders
Bright CAS fix
Extended Standard and SimStandard shaders
Neighborhood road shader
Pond Water Overhaul
NOT Included BUT Compatible
Better Nightlife
Sea Water Overhaul
Accurate Neighborhood Lighting
Soft Shadows
WIP
Multi-road neighborhoods (I will add it later, sorry!)
Installation
Put the contents into your downloads folder (contains default replacement of maxis roads making them transparent, you may delete these files if you use road default replacements). Remember, my shaders must be loaded last to prevent conflicts!

This is my first ever converted object! Yay 'hood deco! I wouldn't have been able to do it without @angelapleasant's help with texture mapping and milkshape wizardry. Thank you so much again for your patience and knowledge. Now your 'hoods can have a cool piece of historyyy! :-)
There's a wide version that lines up with the sidewalk, and a narrow version that lines up with the road. I wanted an option that made more sense for simmers who use road defaults with no sidewalks. You can have both if you want, or whichever you prefer.
They're tall enough to fit one of @criquette-was-here's semi-trailers through with a bit of clearance. I did that on purpose!
You can find it in stone.
I've included the PSD to add your 'hood name, bridge name, and the year it was established if you want to do so.
As it says in the screenshot, the bridge name (middle) has to be backwards in order to show up properly.
I used @ajaysims' western font. If you want more options, this is a great list.

Here's a conversion of all items from Crystal Creations stuff pack plus some of its debug items and as a bonus - other stuff from Sims 4 similar to the topic. Everything is quarter tile placeable, smooth and non shiny meshes - my usual routine.
Slots on all surfaces/shelves:
Included are a ton of deco crystals in different sizes (not smoothed out and EXTRA shiny lol):
The big tree in the background is an outdoor lamp (changes texture when lit because it looks like a moonstone π):
V1 version:
V2 version:
V2 version requires modified StandardMaterial shader by @crispsandkerosene. Without it you won't see the glow at all, so if you don't have it and are not planning to, just stick to the original (V1) version of the tree.
Pretty Pieces Display Box comes in two versions - deco (repositoried) and functional (sells jewelry on community lots, cloned from an object by @keoni-chan):
Classically Cool Sales Table is made to be used in home business, a cash register fits on top and there's a lot of slots for all kinds of goodies:
One tile desk is cloned from a desk by Simfused (Michelle and HeartDeco), which in turn was cloned from a 1 tile desk by Huge Lunatic.
Included are wallpapers converted by @lordcrumps and his collection file with a pretty icon of the new pack (π). Also, be sure to check @platinumaspiration's converted hair that came with the packπ€.
Compressed, clearly labelled, picture and collection file are included. Lord Crumps' shadow file is required for the shadows to work correctly (included), delete it if you already have it.
My eternal gratitude goes to Lord Crumps and PlatinumAspiration for their assistance and patience and knowledge and talent and giggles and and... π

UPDATE 01/04/2024
@platinumaspiration kindly added morphs to the loveseat so it now bounces, how cool! Thank you Nikki! The archive was updated, but you can get just the updated mesh here.
UPDATE 04/11/2025
Big update:
Merged files;
Fixed NPC cashier spawn on community lots when using sales table;
Edited crystal tree's clickable area;
Itβs now easier to grab objects from inside glass shelves and cabinets.
Some other minor tweaks I made so long ago that forgot what they were (probably better normals and/or objects categorizing).
I recommend replacing your original folder with this updated one.
UPDATE 05/11/2025
Added a V2 version for the Crystal Tree - it now glows beautifully at night. This feature requires modified StandardMaterial shader by @crispsandkerosene. Without it you won't see the glow at all, so if you don't have it and are not planning to, just stick to the original (V1) version of the tree. If you have the shader and don't want to redownload the whole archive, get only the updated tree here.

Have you ever wanted some utilities to make your houses look more realistic? Well, I really did, so I converted SIXAM's Home Improvements set; it's 49 objects in total! π οΈ You'll have lots of things to decorate your basements, garages, bathrooms or backyards. I tried to make as many objects functional as I could, and kept a deco version too, so you can pick and choose.
This was a massive undertaking, took me MONTHS, but I'm glad I did it, and boy am I glad to be done with it too π
You can find the original Sims 4 set here, by SIXAMcc. A collection file is included in the download for convenience. Itβs also low poly and basegame compatible. Also lots of credits !!
Full object list and extra previews are waiting under the cut β
Onto the technicals. There's a lot of info, but the most important is in the blockquote below. Everything you need should be included in the folder.
β οΈ You'll need Midge's Custom Alarm for the Burglar Alarm to work, which I included in the download. You'll also need to keep the craftable objects for the Workbench in your download folder.
You can have every Deco and Functional object in your game at the same time βΌοΈ You can pick and choose what you want.
π§ The Water Pipe Large is repo'd to the Thin one and the Gas Pipe Horizontal is repo'd to the Vertical one. The Drain 02 is repo'd to Drain 01.
There's a working Faucet I cloned from this one by @jacky93sims (you can't wash babies with it). The AC Split & AC Mini Split π¨π¨ are also cloned from her Air Conditioner and are repo'd to each other. They're based on Simlogical Air Conditioning, which regulates a room's temperature. You can read the details here.
The Tank Water heater & Tankless Heater are cloned from @lordcrumps' For Rent conversion here. They should act like solar panels βοΈ and take money off your bills, like his do.
π οΈ The Workbench is cloned from @deedee-sims' functional Woodworking Bench. I've included her craftable objects in the folder, you'll need them for the Workbench to work.
I modified the Workbench Table to work as a Computer Desk, and shortened the Stool so it could be sat upon. Both work well together.
Finding the correct category for each item was driving me insane. If you want to change the category, I recommend using Pick'N'Mix Object Relocator. It's very easy to use! If you load the objects first in-game, you'll get previews to help you sort them out in the relocator.
You do need a copy of LordCrumpβs Shadow Files for the shadows to work though, but I have included a copy in the zip, as always.

Replaces the head and the social bunny textures. Clean textures (with missing eye restored) are by Phaenoh, I included them because I edited a few pixels around the eyes to make the blinking animation look better.
Both eyes are animated.
Compatibility: Not compatible with texture or mesh defaults.
