I recently read the World Tour limited comic run about Dazzler and fell in love with the character. From what I can tell a lot of people have wanted Taylor Swift to play Dazzler, especially after the world tour series writers using her music as inspiration. I have a better alternative I think. Sabrina Carpenter. She would be perfect in my opinion. She has the look, she has the talent, she has the it factor as well. She can sing, ACT, dance, and write her own songs. I think she is the perfect person to combine the modern pop and disco aesthetics needed to make Dazzler appealing on screen. She’s also super charismatic and likable which would come through nicely as a pop star whose goal is to unite a divided society. I would do anything for this to be a reality tbh, I think casting Sabrina Carpenter as Alison Blaire would be perfect.
