That there was so much tension between Blair and Brown in the last few years of Blair's premiership, that there was only ONE person in the Treasury who would speak to any of Blair's team beyond telling them to go fuck themselves. And he was aptly named "the emissary from Planet Fuck".
So it's like... the most realistic part of the show
