My Favorite Spritz Cookies

I have isolated myself so much I don’t know how to undo it.

I don’t have friends. I don’t talk to anyone. I work and I come home and sleep over and over again

I feel so alone and I don’t know how to fix it, after all this time of isolation I feel stuck here. It’s been to long to reach out to old friends and I have no idea how to make new friends.

I think I might be isolated and alone forever.

Like I’m off on a Saturday and I haven’t even left the couch let alone the house, because I have no one to be around. I’ve cut myself off from the world it seems and now I’m stuck in this box of loneliness and isolation.

Destroy the idea that you can’t be loved, if you don’t love yourself. This whole “how can someone love you if you can’t love yourself” is wrong. No body should be denied love. Yes, loving yourself promotes a healthy life style, and will bring positivity into your life, but telling someone they are unlovable until they achieve self love ain’t cool fam.

I used not love myself a lot. I was very close to ending my life on several occasions and I really had no idea just how powerful a force love can be. True, just because you don’t love yourself doesn’t mean other people can’t love you. That being said the single most important thing I’ve learned in my life is that you will not know who is loving or who is using you until you start learning to love. And if you can’t love yourself how are you going to love someone else?
