He has literally no aspects of fascism in his philosophy, I don’t fully agree with his manifesto, I dislike parts of it, mainly the section on “feelings of inferiority” but there is nothing remotely fascist about it. Fascism involves restricting personal freedoms (which he was against, and is what his entire manifesto was about), militarism (which he was against), and dictatorship (which he was against). Much of the ideology presented in his manifesto is completely incompatible with any form of fascism. I think you are just calling somebody fascist because you don’t like them. Seemingly nobody can give one ACTUAL example of how ted is somehow a fascist.

He rejected ALL modern technology, that isn’t fascism. He very clearly explains how he believes all technology is interconnected, so if some of it has to be done away with, all of it has to be done away with. Also I’m very strongly leftist (socialist) and object to some modern medicine (psychiatric medicine) because it is used as a tool of oppression, those opinions are not a sign of any sort of fascism. And the nazis were for the advancement of modern medicine and did unspeakably horrific things to aid in the advancement of modern medicine. I really suggest you look up what fascism is on wikipedia. And i’m just going to say, ted’s beliefs are not compatible with it.
