luca tarantini: multi-talented camera guy, animator, coder, you name it, whose first day on the job he got the exact shot they needed/were missing by climbing up the side of a building and hanging out of a window to shoot from, immediately solidified himself as the guy who could get the weird unexpected "perverted" angles that perfectly make the documentarian, voyeuristic aesthetic of the show

curt lobb: a guy who was basically hired right out of high school because of his work ethic and talent having been spotted by matthew miller as a student and basically encouraged onto working with zapruder films and has ever since he helped edit the dirties when i imagine he was barely 20 years old and has since become basically the artistic voice of the show cos his humour and his eye for editing has become like the backbone of the writing in the show

robert upchurch: a guy who was such a fan of the show and so into what they did that he literally emailed and asked if there was any chance he could work for them as an intern and was so nice and good at his job and forward and helpful that he got kept on for everything and as an og fan then becomes a voice for keeping cool moments that he knows other fans would like
