You deserve a life that feels good for your nervous system. Do whatever it takes to get there.
Giving someone something they need that you never got and feeling the love and passion crash over you is proof we are who we needed and not a shred of pain is wasted
I think growing up is reconnecting w younger you and digging off the dirt from your intuition. Remember when u are a child and everything seems so clear as day. U know u like a certain teacher. U know u want to paint with a certain colour. U know u are craving sweets and u kick up a fuss to your parents. You know that you are sad and to feel better you watch your favourite tv show. It’s about reconnecting w that part..and don’t worry it hasn’t ran off. You just have to sharpen your listening. You are full of wisdom. Your body will tell you everything. Sit still and you will find your answer
people are saying do it scared, but you also gotta do it alone. you'll miss out on so much you want to do if you wait til someone will do it with you. do it scared and do it alone.
you deserve a more tender tomorrow.
yes, even you. reading this, agreeing without applying, hands in front of your eyes. i’ll pass this on, you think, but it doesn’t apply to me.
i know because i have spent the last 2 weeks trying to say out loud: “i deserve good things.” i only get to “i deserve g-” and then i break out into a cold sweat. who am i to deserve anything? there are people out there suffering. there are people out there who need good things to happen. i don’t deserve anything. i am just a person. a filament. if a good thing was supposed to happen to me, i hope it passes over and happens to someone more - deserving.
but just because you can endure the present does not mean it should be something so painful.
you deserve a tender tomorrow for the same reason you deserve water, food, or air. you deserve it for the effort of survival. you are surviving, aren’t you? doesn’t it take a toll from you, staying here?
goodness and kindness and tenderness should not be a commodity; to be doled out in quantities. you should not feel that life exists as supply-and-demand - your happiness does not come at the cost of someone else. it does not take from some gallon of global happiness. it does not promise that a stranger will have an equally-tragic reaction to tip the scales back into balance.
there is just you, deserving. you didn’t have to earn it. there is no calculation of time-enjoyed versus time-spent-suffering.
trust me. you (yes, even you) deserve peace.
I hope next year treats you kindly, but above all else, I hope you treat you kindly.
sometimes im like…..what is the point of all this ??? and then i hang out with the people i love, and for a brief moment, i see
FUCK. THEM.
May they never see another night of rest.
May the blood on their hands manifest and haunt them like the damned spot on Lady Macbeth.
And more than anything, may they live long enough to grasp the catastrophic evil they have done and be made wretched by it.

“See him face”
I sure fucking do see him face

thanksgiving is cancelled in 2020. instead, november will be a month of Dionysian madness, casting curses, moonlight revelry, dubious self-care methods, ritual sacrifice, and mashed potatoes.
And we’re off to an excellent start.
bro i thought i was sooooo grown when i was 18 loool
idk what 18 year old needs to hear this rn but you are a child
idk what 21 year old needs to hear this but you’re not that grown either
idk what 22 year old needs to hear this but the harrowing identity crisis you are facing bc you have realized you are definitely not grown is normal lol
Unarmed Black Man With Hands Up Shot By Police.
Charles Kinsey, 47, a behavior therapist from South Florida was shot in the leg three times by the police in North Miami while laying on the ground with his arms up and trying to help his patient with autism who had run away from a group home.
It all started when someone called 911 and said there was a man walking around with a gun. However it was Kinsey’s patient who was sitting on the ground cross-legged, playing with a toy truck.
Charles got shot by police despite telling them he was only trying to help his patient.
The police shot him, handcuffed him and left him on ground bleeding.
North Miami police have not released much information at all. They haven’t released the officer’s name, they haven’t given us an update on the investigation. However, they did say that the state attorney is now a part of this investigation.

“Sir, why did you shoot me?”
“I don’t know.”

Ridiculous! I guess that’s what we get for having less training than most jobs.
What Happened To Kendrick Johnson and Why People Are Demanding Answers Even Now
On Jan. 11, 2013, the body of 17-year-old Kendrick Johnson was found in the most unusual of circumstances: upside-down and rolled up in a school gym mat. The mysterious death of Kendrick Johnson was initially ruled an accident by law enforcement asserting the ridiculous theory that Johnson must have accidentally fallen into the center of the mat while reaching for a sneaker
Some inconsistencies in the case:
the black and white gym shoe that lay on the ground below Kendrick Johnson, the one he was presumed to be reaching for, was lying on top of a pool of blood, but there was no blood on the shoe itself.
A hoodie and a pair of orange and black gym shoes were also found lying on the floor of the gym
traces of blood on the wall nearby that wasn’t Kendricks.
A private pathologist revealed Kendrick Johnson had suffered hemorrhaging on the right side of his neck, which meant that he likely died from blunt force trauma
the second autopsy revealed that some of Johnson’s organs were missing and in their place, his body had been stuffed with newspaper.
A whole hour of footage from the gym was missing, right at the time which would have shed light on what happened that day
HOW YOU CAN HELP:

PSA: DON’T DO THIS SHIT
This is a terrible idea for a few reasons.
Riot shields are super heavy and if you try to grab one without wearing anything to protect your hands, your fingers are gonna get crushed.
The cops aren’t just going to let you grab their shit. Unless you have a physique like Brock Lesnar and you know how to fight somebody dressed up in full riot gear, if you try this, you are absolutely going to get your ass kicked.
Even if you are able to knock the cop to the ground, chances are you’ll be flanked by at least two of their comrades.
I get that the person who made this post had good intentions, and all they wanted to do was find ways to help the protesters fight back against cops, but that doesn’t make this okay. There are probably a bunch of people who have read this post and are planning on pulling this stunt at the next protest they go to. Every single one of those people will at best get beaten within an inch of their lives and thrown in jail, and at worst get beaten to death. To quote @sam_kriss on twitter: “Don’t give advice that will kill people.”
“It is the music of the people who will not be slaves again…”
