Just had a good #workout. Different from what I usually do. Started with #stretching, then #deadlifts, followed by some #kicking and #punching at the #punchingbag, #pullups and finally #swimming. Nice to switch it up.

A number of unusual annoyances today, culminating with someone unable to read, placing the 16 kilo #barbells in the 32 row, as I was doing #benchpress sets with the 32 kg barbells. Right afterwards some small silver barbells rolled across the floor - stepping on those with heavy weights could make for an interesting and possibly painful situation.

Thought I'd try a different #shirt for running today, a tight fitting #polyester shirt.

Felt a stinging/burning sensation, and noticed afterwards I had been bleeding from both nipples.

Maybe try some tape over the nipples the next time. 🙄
