After our roughly 8-hour long dog walking I can safely say that it’s been a very-very long day but I enjoyed every minute of it. Oh and the view was great too.
Such a great interview about the importance of mental health with Lady Gaga and Oprah.

Most of the time I’m not into sharing photos of me but for some reason I just wanted to leave it here now.
COLOR.
I have an orchid at home which blooms once a year and it’s usually that time of the year when winter nights are the darkest and coldest. This is her now. Sometimes I’m into writing when I’m feeling it and this flower reminds me of the first happy-toned lyrics I’ve ever written. The song was called the Blooming Heart and it said in the chorus: “Growing high even through the cold night, cuz I am alive with a blooming heart.” Maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to share the whole thing here. I’d really love to.
If spending time outside in the snow is not happiness, I don’t know what is.

I can’t be thankful enough for Jonathan Van Ness for releasing this honest and inspiring book and sharing their story with the world. If I would like to describe my feelings and thoughts on it with one sentence only, it would probably sound something like this: they and their book is just the perfect example of what a beautiful flower can bloom out of the experiences of extreme pain.
I was just thinking about what it means to be different and called weird the other day so I thought I would put my thoughts into words and share with you.
