Respecting pronouns is fucking mandatory.

Being gendered correctly is not a privilege reserved for people that you personally like and respect. Respecting pronouns is a requirement, anything else is transphobia.

Representation matters.

But no one was placed on this earth simply to be your role model. Visibility is not reserved only for those you deem unproblematic. No one is required to be pure as new fallen snow before coming out as an individual with a marginalized identity.

Ableism is unacceptable.

Disregarding someone's gender identity because they're neurodivergent and/or mentally ill is never okay.

But of course, when people are just trying to live that you don't like, that's an affront to you personally (I am being sarcastic).

ways i cope with plurality dysphoria ☆

making a private simplyplural and/or pluralkit and jotting down stuff about your "alters," i call mine personas

choosing personalities for each "alter" and giving them likes and dislikes (like OCs but private!)

thinking to myself in voices i assign to them (you can use voiceclaims for this, which you can find on youtube & tiktok)

assigning them roles and letting them help you cope with your issues!! bonus points if you go into your persona to help yourself get better !! ☆

making picrews of them & deciding on their looks & styles !! :D

come up with a system name , aesthetic , and other things to help you feel like part of a collective !!

talk and respond to yourself ... yeah
