Why is someone skinny fat?
It's either you are naturally thin but do not eat right nor exercise, or you lost drastic amount of weight by caloric restriction and no exercise.
Once you cut your calories without exercise, your body will use you muscle mass for energy and your body will store more fat for energy use. Yes, you may be losing weight but you are also losing you muscle mass and your body is storing fat.
Just because you’re not tipping the scales, doesn’t mean your body isn’t holding onto fat and disease. You may look nice in clothes, but this is unhealthy and may lead to many health risks as equal to being obese. That's the truth!
Say no to flabby body!
The second image is what people want - a well rounded, strong, and tight butt - that can be achieved through a balanced workout and good nutrition and it shows a sign of a healthy and strong body.
Stop obsessing on the scale and concentrate on your health, Also, understand that everyone's body is different. Have a healthier and happier life!
