Today, as I was sitting on a bus stop bench in a long sleeved v necked t- shirt and blue jeans, I was catcalled 3 times, within the span of twenty minutes. All by men at least three times older than me. I'm 17 years old. The bus stop was right in front of my high school. Things like this make me feel like I shouldn't wear this type of outfit, but then I remember that I shouldn't have to worry about getting howled and honked at just for wearing what I want to. This just isn't right.

I live about 20 minutes from Stanford. This has me SO ANGRY and even more angry rhat I live in the wrong county to vote this fucking bastard out of his fucking seat.

Also the father is equally horrible and I suspect from his comments, a rapist went unreported. He thinks that six months of punishment is too harsh for “20 minutes of action.” He thinks his precious rapist should be allowed to do community service and speak to people about the dangers of binge drinking.

Honestly I hope I never see this little bastard in person because I’d get arrested trying to beat him senseless.

I think the reason why the phrase “I’m not like most girls” annoys me so much is because women have been conditioned to feel like they have to disassociate themselves from the female gender to be recognised as an interesting human being and if that isn’t fucked up then I don’t know what is
