No, trans women are claiming they are exempt from male socialisation and somehow receive female socialisation, despite the fact that socialisation is something that is done TO you which you have no control over.

Trans women are growing up 'exposed' to misogyny in the way that men are exposed. It is not directed at them whatsoever.

I am in no way denying that is it a horrible experience to grow up closeted, but claiming that this is WORSE than growing up as a girl completely vulnerable to men's actions is fucking stupid.

If a closeted gay person claimed that it was harder for them to grow up in a homophobic household than an outed gay person, most people would (rightfully) disagree. why is this any different??
