It’s the Basic Ball!
A ball for the rest of the LGBT-cuties.
—A Black Lady Sketch Show 1x02
That “Bitch he’s not eating he’s at work” has me flatlined
this sketch cured my depression i don’t have to go to therapy anymore i’m uplifted and seen and felt and heard and held
never the right time to tell you how tight you entwined your life in mine hey, you’re everything flawless by design never the right time
i do not identify as a boy or girl, i identify as a nuisance. an irritant. a fool and a problem
i have never been so disappointed in someones behaviour as i am of yours right now
i love you and i’m sorry that it ended up this way
Yes, your boundaries are still necessary even with people who do nice things for you or are really nice to you. I know sometimes when someone is really kind to you or you feel like you don't deserve the kindness you get from someone, it makes you want to violate your own boundaries out of gratitude for them or because you're afraid it will make them treat you differently. But in the long-term, this is only more harmful. Your boundaries are not an act of unkindness and are always relevant. And people treating you with respect and kindness is the bare minimum you deserve from others. Don't let someone's kindness or favours or respectful treatment make you abandon your self-worth and your needs to please them.
“I am overflowing with words I do not have.”

I never asked you to stay, because I know that you wouldn’t.

I CAN’T LOVE MYSELF, SO I’LL LOVE YOU ENOUGH TO TRY AND FIND SOME WORTH
“… I wonder if I will ever find a language to speak of the things that haunt me the most.”
— Bao Phi, from “Vocabulary,” Thousand Star Hotel
Every person on this planet is one accident away from becoming disabled. Every person on this planet will become disabled if they live long enough. You are not an exception. Neither are your loved ones.
If you feel like disability rights aren’t relevant to you, remember that the only thing standing between you and being disabled is time.
