Hi everyone! I know my situation isn’t as big as other people who are raising money on this site. But I still could use a little help. In 2016 I graduated from High School and got accepted into University of Michigan. If you know of University of Michigan, then you know it’s a very prestigious school. When I attended my first year of college, I was able to cover my housing deposit with the money I mad from my open house. But this year is different and I have to come up with the money on my own. My school’s housing deposit is $500, but I’m aware GoFundMe takes a portion of your donations. So I’m asking and praying that you guys will help me reach my goal. In my first year of college, I made the Dean’s List as a communications LSA major, as well as made the Dean’s List my winter semester. Now, I’ve been recently notified that I have been accepted into the National Honor Society. So please, I’m not a bad student, nor a lazy one. I work hard throughout school and it’s essential that I stay on campus because I’m not able to commute. Please donate whatever you can. The Fanfic Feedback Drive

NEW Blog Feature: THE FEEDBACK DRIVE

So, this is a new blog feature that will probably happen every other week. The Feedback Drive is a way to make sure fanfics don’t go unnoticed. It’s a way for fanfics to get discovered and get feedback

So here’s how it works:

-If you’d like to participate, you will send me your name/ fanfic through Ask

-Then, using a randomized decision, we will give each person a fanfic for the weekend.

-On Friday, you will read a few chapters of the fanfic you were assigned and then leave feedback ANONYMOUSLY and repeat the same thing Saturday, read chapters and repeat ANONYMOUSLY

-On Sunday, you will read a few chapters and leave feedback and then tell the writer who you were. Then you will reblog your favorite chapters from them.

Everyone who volunteers will have someone reading their fanfic and leaving feedback.

For a long time she struggled with who she was and there was nothing more to it. Who she was seemed to be a mystery, but who she wanted to be was not. On days where she was surrounded by the people who loved her the most, she often felt alone. The thoughts that appeared to comfort her were simply that, thoughts. They held no action, only substance of far off memories, and unspoken dreams. She wished that she could somehow listen to thoughts besides her own and maybe she wouldn’t feel so lonely. Sophia danced around the idea of new people, but was sure of the faces she once knew.

She was lonely surrounded by many, and sheltered by thoughts. She wondered if being alone made her thoughtful or more so empty.

She wondered that if she gazed at stars so heavily

And if god was perfectly merry

Perhaps all her greatest sins would be buried

And her distant memories would awake with peaceful remedies
