Shadowhunters: *gives 0 fucks about stereotypes, adresses real life problems such as racism, homophobia, slut-shaming, sexism, has 2 latinos, a black man and an asian/latino in their cast (4 out of 7 in the main cast are poc), right now their only main canon pairing is the one between a gay man and a bisexual poc man, builds beautiful relationships between women where they love and encourage each other (NEVER competing against each other), doesn't kill off women, poc or lgbt+ characters for dramatic plot, has interracial couples, their only episode named after a ship name is the one for their LGBT+ pairing, explores friendships between f/m, m/m, f/f more than anything, has a main character that never takes advantage of the people surrounding her, willing to risk her life for the people she loves and always thanks and apologizes for the mistakes she makes (and never makes something about her), FAMILY FEELS, has a female character explore her sexual life while wearing beautiful small dresses and all the guys and girls just compliment her, respect her and admire her for being comfortable with her body, RESPECTFUL romances (also where the shy and unexperienced one kisses the out-going and experienced one in front of everyone /sobs), has a dedicated cast, amazing writing, nice hair and nice clothes, has still more LGBT and POC relationships/characters to come, THEY'RE ONLY IN THEIR FIRST SEASON*
