The Phascomon still thought it would be faster just to interrogate the Neamon for information but relocating was the better option. The Bokomon would return eventually and they didn’t know who or what it would return with. He didn’t want to stick around and find out, he had enough of an adventure today.
He dug his claws into the strap of a bag just for an added grip when she started walking. He still found it odd, the town above, the town below, the coins, everything about this place was just off. It was interesting, there was no doubt about that and he was more than curious about what was going on but after seeing that Etemon face... He just couldn’t shake this nagging feeling.
He didn’t want to bring it up to the Renamon, not until he understood it at least. Who knows what their reaction would be and right now he needed help more than he needed an enemy. Maybe he was part of this town after all? A simple citizen or maybe it was something much more sinister. He just had this feeling of guilt. He couldn’t think of another way to describe it really. He couldn’t remember why he felt guilty either, what could he have done? There were too many unanswered questions.
Whilst they traveled down the pathway the Neamon had pointed the Phascomon had gotten lost in his thoughts again. It wasn’t until the Renamon had spoke again that he snapped out of it.
“Alright, let’s hope we can find someone soon. Otherwise we might need to rough up that Neamon.” he was joking of course but there was a hint of sincerity in the threat. If they couldn’t find somemon, anymon, then this Neamon was their best bet. They had to know something.
