Do any of you remember when you were 'innocent'? Because I quite honestly can't. Like, I try to think of the first dick joke I made, and I remember back in 5th grade making those types of jokes-- although I never completely understood. Hello good sir! I hope you are having a fine day today.

I found this sad dead jellyfish on the beach in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick (Canada), and I am curious if you know what kind it is?

I had been very excited to find it, as it was my first encounter with a jellyfish. I avoided touching it just in case it was one of the poisonous/stinging varieties (and I did not know if it was still potent even after death).

I hope to see many more of these jellyfish when I move to NB next month, and I want to be able to impress people with my knowledge of its name.

Its hard to tell from seeing the poor thing dead and flat on a beach, but my best guess here is that its a small moon jelly (Aurelia aurita).

We get these all the time where I live, and yes even though it's dead it can sting. Just avoid the stingers and you'll be fine. But to be killed by it you would have to have been stung all over your body. If you are stung, pure some vinegar-water mix on the stung area. If you are unable to make a vinegar-water mix, urine will do fine.

Well when ever I'm in a hotel hallway, it's night, so they turn down the lights (or seems like it) and it gets really quiet, so it seems like someone's going to jump out and kill me or some shit... And when I get to my room and put in the key slowly, an turn the knob... Slowly, and walk in the room and close the lite, I check every thing... Bathroom, closet, mini fridge, all that, and then I still can't sleep because I'm scared someone's going to break in and kill me, because it's always scary away from home... I shouldn't travel.
