thank you so much. you are not the first person to tell me how much you enjoy the character i created. it means a lot that she is so fascinating to others when i never thought that would be the case.

i try to create a backstory for her time and time again, but it never satisfies. i've fleshed her out as a character and how she perceives her world more than how her story goes - if that makes sense.

i fully intend to make more art of her interacting with canon characters in the future. <3

diana is my synth prototype oc, and the 3rd synth after dima and nick. she is also the youngest.

i haven't worked through all of the kinks in the story yet. essentially, diana finds a companion/mentor in my prewar ghoul oc, barney. when he is injured beyond saving, diana is faced with the decision to either deliver him mercy, or let him suffer.

the story follows an unreliable narrator as she navigates life with a guilty conscience and an inability to move on from the choice she made. barney continues to haunt the narrative in diana's night terrors, which orchestrate false versions of the event on repeat.
