“do i HAVE to script?” no, but wouldn’t you rather write about incredible things that could happen instead of harping on old negative circumstances?
you don’t HAVE to do any methods or techniques to manifest. you manifest just my virtue of being a living, breathing, conscious human. but wouldn’t you rather feel good on your way to it? it’s about becoming the kind of person who lives their best life on auto-pilot, not practicing different methods until you get what you want and then going back to your old patterns. this ideal self shit is for the long-haul.
Hi guys! In this post, I am going to outline a method that is compiled from my own experiences during my void state journey as well as other's experiences while I coached them. Anyone can do this and you can modify it to fit your needs.
1. Set an alarm to wake up in 5 hours, 30 minutes (I believe that this is the best time to wake up in order to get into the void state. It is normally recommended to set your alarm for 4-6 hours but I found from my experience that 6 hours was a complete enough sleep cycle for me so I would need lesser sleep for this method to work. I also realized that it takes me a while to fall asleep so 5 hours 30 minutes is perfect).
2. Upon hearing your alarm, get up and do something anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes (I've seen a lot of people say to try not moving in order to retain relaxation and be calmer to tap into the void easier but I feel like all that would do is help you go back to sleep. During this time, I would just go brush my teeth, pee, and then get back in bed but I've heard of people even reading Neville's book. You can do anything you want. Maybe don't start dancing to some heavy metal, but just anything relaxing. Personally, for me, if I stay awake for more than 10 minutes, I snap out of that trance like state you experience when you just wake up so figure out how it is for you and what you want to do).
3. Get back in bed and start affirming that you will wake up again as you fall asleep (Once you do this, you will start waking up again. I am pretty sure most of you have experienced sleep on a very important day when you really had to wake up or when you get up and off your alarm but then fall asleep and you know how your mind just wakes you up. That's what you're doing here basically).
4. When you consciously wake up again, try not to move your body and affirm for the void ( The reason that I recommend this method is because doing this it enables you tap into that mind awake, body asleep state. Your body is asleep because you were just sleeping but your mind is awake because we basically commanded it to wake up. I've noticed that this method is most beginner friendly because it's something most people have already done before and it makes it so easy to tap into that deep theta state without snapping out of it or just falling asleep. I've noticed affirming for the void at this point makes it incredibly easy to lucid dream, enter sleep paralysis, or in this case, enter the void state. If you accidentally end up in sleep paralysis, just affirm for the void).

so here's the challenge:
Take 3 days, to vigorously do this challenge
Make a list of what you are going to manifest, and all the affirmations you'll use in the void. I suggest using blanket affirmations so it's easier 💗😭
First day, reprogram your mind with affirmations, subliminals, or whatever and improve your void concept. I recommend using @lotusmi 's tapes, or just anything you can find on youtube. I reccomend this one
Take this day to master your void concept and just let go of limiting beliefs
4. Second day affirm for being a master at the void, and basically reprogram your mind to think you always enter the void within a minute, you tap in 24/7, affirming once makes you enter, etc. Basically oversimplify the void

5. Last day, just affirm that you'll wake up in the void, and use delta waves while affirming. Or just use any method you want, but you should be able to enter the void no matter what.
If, by any chance (which is 0%) you didn't enter, because of your mindset, or what not, just revise it and say that you did enter the void, and continue doing what you would do for the 3rd day, and keep revising your failures as successes, until you actually succeed.

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambi’s post so she’d written most of it but doesn’t want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought it’d be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since it’s been the talk lately.
there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

now, let get into it.
☆ ┊ 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒
the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts don’t and i’ll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you don’t agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story you’re entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state you’re in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what you’re state in.
if your day to day thoughts are:

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
i’m not saying it’s a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so it’s not out of lack. it’s up to how you’re doing it.
with manifestation, you’re either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if you’re affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) then…
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because that’s the true reality!

aka choose what you want to manifest! this would mainly be the state of the wish fulfilled.
state = your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
it’s what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the version of you / person who already has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire. the state of the wish fulfilled.
☆ WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE WISH-FULFILLED?
the state of the wish fulfilled is the state in which your desire has already been fulfilled - that it is already done because consciousness is the only reality. there is nothing left for you to do because creation is finished!
you do not create anything, you only occupy and live in your desired state to bring it to life. this is why there is power in your awareness (of being). be aware of who you are being in relation to your desire.
☆ MORE ON STATES
infinite states exist within consciousness - this means that anything is possible and not all of them are true/will manifest. only the state that you constantly dwell and identify with, manifests.
this is also why infinite realities exist. your state is your reality.

now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. that’s what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing, affirming, inner convos, feeling, etc.
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. — blushydior
affirm: “i have $10 million dollars in the bank!”
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling ≠ emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.
☆ 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆
remember that the feeling is natural and it won’t be the same every single time. for example, if you’re now just starting to understand and enter the state of the wish fulfilled, it might be exciting, relieving - euphoric even but as you exercise returning back (persistence) to dwell in the state, it’ll start to feel natural. it might start feeling nonchalant, peace, calmness! so if you reach that point and start to worry, “i feel nothing but I know it done. am i doing something wrong?” no you’re not. it’s okay!
you don’t have to act as if. only be as if.
❝ Are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment, and then dropped? ❞
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
that’s it. that’s your state! you changed who you are.
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (that’s because the law is)
☆ 𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐖
close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isn’t it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because that’s what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
it’s the same thing with thoughts.
“thoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.” — blushydior
like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts, awareness of being (visualizing / affirming / inner convos / feeling / auditory / etc) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. don’t even care enough to label them. they’re silly little thoughts.

all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞
SEE! it’s really no different. it’s the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but it’s the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you “don’t see it in the 3D” and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it.
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example, asking “where is it?” / “it’s not here yet.” — correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER YOU WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, it’s like putting on a new suit. at first it won’t feel natural but over some time, you won’t even be “conscious” of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods don’t hold any power. you do.
it’s not a chore. it’s a choice.

you have fulfilled the inner man, accepted it as a fact and got your manifestation.

doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions
doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts
you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (“i have xyz”) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you don’t identify with them, they don’t hold power.
if YOU know you’re already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told “no, you’re not!”
would you go:
“i’m not? oh my god… you’re right. i’m not famous!”
or
“uh…? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said i’m famous so that’s what i am…. famous. lol.”
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.
☆ ┊𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟑𝐃 - 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 ≠ 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆
→ ┊ REACTING is looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DON’T: “my life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.” and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: “it doesn’t matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!”
→ ┊ INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: you’re manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you “hey, are you in a relationship?” you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend 🤭🤭
EXAMPLE 2: you’re manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: “i literally have so much money lol ?? i’m the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.”
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: “life’s been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.”
mentally: (after venting) “that made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everything’s okay. i’m safe.”
it doesn’t matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!
in this context: the repetition of affirmations. not repeatedly going back to the state of the wish fulfilled.
i’ve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didn’t get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state of trying to get it.
when manifesting, you don’t try. you either have it or you don’t.
so are you person a?
“okay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i won’t get it my manifestation!”
blushy’s observation: you aren’t being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply aren’t in the state of being. you’re in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?

“i feel like saturating my mind. why not? it’s fun.” →
“i already have all of my desires because i said so. there’s no need for me to worry or stress because it’s already mine! it’s done…” and so on.
so do you have it? yes or no?

a related question: do dominant thoughts manifest?
you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
don’t accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: “i need to affirm more or else i won’t receive my desire.”
you won’t see results.
that’s why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
it’s all about the knowing it’s already yours IN IMAGINATION - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
it’s called the law of assumption for a reason! (as neville even once said, law of being) you accept / assume you are the person who has it as true without any physical evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
❝ This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, that’s what you’ll get. It’s the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesn’t mean they’re all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, you’re introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. That’s exhausting and it’s not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you don’t have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. […] It gives your thoughts power when you are not your thoughts. You are who you claim to be in imagination because imagination creates reality. all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i don’t like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. it’s very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and “dominant thoughts manifest” concept works for others is because they assume it does. remember that techniques don’t manifest, you do.

i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didn’t identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: “yes! i do have it.”
saturation is NOT necessary. you don’t need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.
another thing.
if you are this person:
“okay i’m going affirm all day and then i will get it!”
you will succeed because that is the assumption you’ve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.

affirmations and visualizations are techniques so what is your way of thinking that feels comfortable to you? sometimes you don’t even need it. for me, i mostly need to feel that i already have it. have fun, experiment with daydreams/scenes, affirming and/or feeling. it doesn't have to be the same every single time.

choose what you want. go crazy. do not condition your desires. you are limitless. if you can see it in your mind, you can have it. famous? nepo baby? money? db, df? better self concept? gender revision? time change?
decide right now you are the person who already has what the want. so guess what? there is nothing to get because you already have your desire. manifesting money? you already have it. manifesting an sp? you already have them. manifesting your dream life? you already have it. that is your state.
fulfill yourself every chance you get in the day. no you don’t have to lock yourself in the room to affirm/visualize/feel all day. no you don’t have to be in the state all day, you are always passing through states but remember, the state you constantly make your dwelling place MANIFESTS. so make an effort to return to it as much as you can and want to.
ideas: do it in the morning when you wake up, in the afternoon, whenever you have free time like on your bed, going home, walking, during class and before you go to sleep.
bonus: do this meditation by edward art daily, it's not mandatory. it's not like all the other meditations, give it a shot. get off tumblr, stop over consuming
make it fun, it’s not a chore! have fun daydreaming/visualizing you shopping with all the money you got, getting compliments from people on how they’re so amazed at how successful you are, have fun complimenting yourself in the mirror while you repeat affirmations, have fun looking around and going “yeah, i literally have ____” sounds nice and fun? because it is. manifesting is simple.
4. get your desires. there is no deadline. i hate that shit 😭 srrynotsrry, that would be contradicting the law and this challenge. you already have it, you’re not getting anything on a time crunch. not no 3 days, not a week, not two, not a month. THERE IS NOTHING TO GET WHEN YOU HAVE IT NOW. ONLY NOW.

because when you fulfill yourself in imagination, you are changing self. and what is a reflection of self? the 3D.
it’s not your job to make things physical. your job is to change your mind.

doubting? let it pass. don't give it power. why are you doubtful if it's going to come or if the law works when you have what you want right now? if you're dwelling in doubts then you're not being the person who has it.
worried about when it's going to come? that doesn't make sense because you literally have it right now lol
want to ask a question? why? you literally have it. what's there to ask? try asking yourself first.

Hi daisy, does inducing a specific brainwave help in manifesting faster?
Yes! It's not necessary but some of those "brainwaves" help you to get in a state where your logical side of the brain shuts down and your subconscious takes over - which helps you be really in tune with what you're affirming and visualizing and it also helps you to detach from the 3D. I hope my explanation makes sense.
The posts I linked in this post make it pretty clear I think. Idk if they were hard to understand but I can try to summarize it for you.
As you can see here in the graphic below there are 6 types of brainwaves. Those are the waves your brain naturally sends out when you're in the respective state (described in the pic).
If you listen to those types of waves (through binaural beats in yt) you kinda manipulate your brain into getting into a certain state.
For now, you can ignore the beta and gamma waves. For manifesting and shifting, usually only alpha waves, theta waves, delta waves and epsilon waves are talked about as they help with relaxation/detachment/reduced consciousness.
From what was said in the other two posts:
Theta and alpha waves seem the best for manifesting.
Delta waves the best for entering the void state.
Epsilon waves the best for shifting realities.
But of course everyone is different and they may work differently on you.

hey guys! in my previous post, i said that if you needed to vent, you could do so in my asks and I read every single one of the asks and to be honest, I was so teary eyed. everyone's stories were so heartbreaking and their feelings were so raw and genuine and honestly, it reminded me a lot of my old situation and how much i struggled and it made me want to do something, which is why I'm making this post.
this is going to be a 3 day challenge to improve your void concept so you can really get into the void! read through it and modify it how it best suits you. also, a lot of this was taken from my anon's success stories so trust me, you will succeed.
day 1: choose a subliminal for the void state and you're going to listen to it as much as you can for the entire day. a lot of my anons succeeded with this one, this one, and this one and if you're in a position where you just can't listen to any sounds, use this silent field. if you just can't listen to subliminals, then do this exercise how many ever times you want. (yes, you can do the exercise and listen to subliminals).
basically take this day as a subconcious repgramming day, don't worry about anything else. try staying off tumblr and just doing fun stuff and if you really are addicted to tumblr/void, then read all my proof portfolio links. but basically all you're doing this day is letting the affirmations sink into your brain so that your subconcious beliefs are aligned with the 3d you are trying to create.
that night, i want you to do this shifting hypnosis video (no you wont shift if you dont want to) and basically after she finishes talking, affirm your void concept affirmations (the void is easy, i always wake up in the void, etc ) over and over. you might actually end up entering the void or waking up in the void from this alone but even not, it takes you a pretty deep meditative state where you can really reprogram your subconcious mind.
day 2: this day you're going to be repeating day 1's activities except instead of the shifting hypnosis (unless you really ended up liking it), anytime you want, you're going to do this instant manifestation portal meditation, because it just feels so good and works so well so honestly, don't be shocked if you end up waking up in the void this day.
day 3: this day repeat whatever it is that made you feel good from the 2 previous days and then that night, do this parallel reality meditation. it's basically just a meditation to put you into your ideal state but they worded it as shifting to a parallel reality in which you exist as your ideal state but yeah, it's just a powerful tool to help you enter a state of having your ideal void concept and always entering the void easily. honestly if you don't want to do the entire challenge but want just one powerful thing to do, i recommend this. just try it out and trust me, you won't regret it.
i feel like this challenge comes off as a lot but it's just because i explain too much. here's a simplified version:
day 1: listen to sub or do reprogramming exercise and then at night, do hypnosis video
day 2: listen to sub or do reprogramming exercise and then do instant manifestation portal mediation (yes you can do hypnosis video again if you want)
day 3: listen to sub or do reprogramming exercise and then do parallel reality meditation (basically meditation to enter ideal state)
anyways, don't be shocked if you commit to the challenge and end up not being able to finish it because you already entered the void before the 3 days are up and if you do successfully complete it, your void concept is going to be so good and you already know you're going to enter the void so easily.
i really hope all of you do this or atleast your own version of it and i really wish the best for everyone 💗
i know that a lot of you yet struggle with the void or find it hard relaxing, here i’m sharing with you something that worked perfectly with me.
what will we do during this challenge?
you will simply lay down, in whatever position you want or feel more comfortable with, then you are gonna close your eyes and have a mini conversation with yourself. you are simply gonna ask you: why do i want to tap into the void? what is the purpose? how will i feel after seeing all of my desires already fulfilled? and things of that sort, note that you need to answer with total sincerity.
if you are under hard circumstances, please be honest and have a mini vent with your subconscious, act like if you were talking to a friend about your current situation, your thoughts, what bothers you, in the middle of the vent add the affirmation: “i know i deserve something better than this” to give you more peace at the moment. after you have fully reviewed your situation, inhale slowly and exhale from your mouth, do this until you feel fully relaxed.
after being finished with this, visualize how would you feel, what would you like to see or experience when you get out of the void, feel the emotions in that exact moment, live this as a scenario because you’re basically in touch with your 4d.
after that, you’re more vulnerable, command your subconscious: “subconscious, take me to the void”, repeat that, remember you’re having an imaginary chat with your subconscious, it will notice right away and will let you have full access of it. it’s more susceptible so it really knows what you want. command it, and let yourself fall into the void. don’t force yourself, if you need time to do this challenge, please take your time, you need to fully believe in yourself and your manifestations!! don’t doubt yourself. never.
A lot of you are sabatoging yourselves in your void journey and it's time to take responsibility. I'm going to break it down into different ways you're sabatoging yourself and what you need to do to stop but the first step is to accept that. The truth is if you haven't entered the void, you sabatoged yourself into not entering it. It is your fault. You're sabatoging yourself.
Using void methods that are incompatible with you.
I had someone send me an ask about how they were using a subliminal to wake up in the void but they didn't really believe in subliminals. Sighs. Guys, if you don't even believe in subliminals, why are you sabatoging yourself by using a subliminal to enter the void? Obviously, it's not going to work.
Both the methods I shared in my post require a lot of patience and persistence. It's not going to be ideal/compatible for everyone. If you're sending me asks about how you fall asleep while trying my methods or your house is too loud for you to meditate, did it ever occur to you that maybe my methods just aren't compatible with you and you should try a different method? If you're using a method that is clearly not compatible with you, you're just sabatoging yourself and that's the truth.
There are so many methods to enter the void. Take some time to really think about yourself. These are the two main concerns: compatibility and belief. The only person who knows you the best is you. Which methods are acctually compatible with you? Do you believe that method acctually works?
Also guys, there are methods in theory that might work but aren't compatible with you in reality. I have been meditating since forever so I naturally chose methods that utilized meditating. In theory, meditating with alpha waves works for me but I never did enter with that, despite getting close. The thing that worked was using another method that utilized meditating. Why I'm mentioning this is if something hasn't been working for you, even if logically it makes sense that it should work, it might not be compatible for you and you might want to switch it up. But obviously I don't know the situation and this is something you have to decide on your own.
0% effort
The number of asks I get saying they believe in the void but just don't have the motivation to try and to give them motivation. If you're read my success story, you know I went through a period of time like this. It's time for the cold, hard truth. You're not lacking motivation, you're just a lazy bum.
You literally hold the method that can allow you to manifest instantly anything you desire. What do you mean "I need motivation"? If you really need motivation to get your desire, you don't really want it. Be real with yourself, stop wasting your time reading about the void, and get a new hobby.
But for real, how do you not see you're sabatoging yourself? Instead of asking blogs for motivation (which is never going to help because the 100+ other motivational posts on tumblr didn't work for you so why would this particular one) do this instead.
Think about how long you've known about the void. And how many times have you attempted? And what have you been doing in the meantime? Are you proud of yourself? Think about the desires that would have already came into fruition if you weren't so lazy. Think about the state of your desires because you decided to be lazy. For example, if you're manifesting your desired face, go stare in the mirror. That face you're seeing could have been your desired but it's not. And you know whose fault that is? It's yours. Do this with every single desire. Tell yourself the truth. You're sabatoging yourself and you have no one else to blame except for you.
50% effort.
This is for the type of asks that tell me "I affirmed for 20 minutes and felt symptoms but didn't get in. What am I doing wrong? " Love, you felt symptoms and stopped. You stopped halfway. This is like getting a double sided test, finishing the front and stopping, and then wondering why you failed the test. How do you not see the reason you didn't get in is because you sabatoged yourself by stopping halfway?
This doesn't just apply to meditating methods by the way. Any method. If you're only seeing it half way through, you're not going to enter. Stop sabatoging yourself and see the method through fully.
Letting failure define you.
If you let failure define you, you're going to be a failure forever. I get it. It sucks. You affirmed that the void was easy for a month, you did the 10k challenge, etc but you failed to enter and you feel like trash. But you can't let that define you. You need to move on.
Revise it. If you don't want to revise, assess what went wrong and what you can do next. Stop letting failure define you because you're just sabatoging yourself if you do so. Think about why you failed and how to stop failing. Don't scroll on tumblr waiting for a magical post to tell you. Sit down and think about it on your own. You either use your failed void attempt to help you enter the void or you stay a failure. Your choice.
Expecting your void experience to take exactly as long as someone else's.
Just because someone entered the void in 15 minutes doesn't mean you're going to too. You might enter it even less or it might take you 2 hours. But some of you refuse to accept that, affirm for the void for 15 minutes, give up, and complain.
I genuinely wish I hadn't written how long it took me to enter the void because of these type of people. There's a reason the youtube channel that released the video I used ended up releasing a 3 hour long version. Some people take even longer than an hour to enter sleep paralysis. It's different for every person. Stop sabatoging yourself by thinking it'll take you the same time someone else did!
Closing thoughts
Sorry this is so long 😭 and double sorry if you read this and this didn't even apply to you 😅. I know some of you are genuinely progressing along your void journey and this was not meant for you. However, if this does apply to you, please don't just like this and then continue sabatoging yourself. Take some time to really think about yourself and your void journey. The only person who's sabatoging you is you and the only person who can help you is you. I believe in you ❤

❧ when do you like yourself the most? after the shower? after gardening? after playing with kids? after baking a cake? after reading your favorite book? after studying physics? …
❧ what do you think do other people value the most about you? could you imagine that? what is the cutest thing someone has ever said to you? …
❧ an event you enjoyed. what’s a memory that you love resurrecting in your mind? when did it take place? …
❧ what makes you the happiest? what do you love doing? who do you like doing it with? what is your secret talent? …

you can add several things to this! you can describe yourself, your way of talking, the way you smell, the way you look like, what your character is like,… anything! be poetic, dramatic, even epic about it. it’s a letter just for you and you can reread it again whenever you feel like it. ♡
💌 you can also write from a third-person-perspective! pretend your sp is writing that letter to you, or one of your best friends. maybe your secret admirer…? ໒꒰ྀི ∩ˊᵕˋ∩ ꒱ྀིა
No procrastination, no tomorrow. This is now. The future is now. In these 3 days your going to get your dream life, the life you deserve and its going to be easy, really easy.
🌷 | Vaunt 3x every hour read any vaunt you like, if you don't know what a vaunt is, it's basically a paragraph of affirmations combined into a sentence. For certain anons that need to work on their self concept this is really important because its going to saturate your mind with the new story.
🌷 | Put sticky notes around the house and create vision boards, I suggest pinterest for the vision board and I also suggest when you title the boards name them "This is MY life" for example. When you add each pin into a board say or imagine "That's the bottle of perfume my ____ got for me for valentine's, i love ____ so much". Stick positive affirmations and notes around the house like "you can do this!", "focus on what matters" etc.
🌷 | Live in the new state, "your states are what you manifest not your thoughts" - rem, thoughts do not equal affirming, states = thoughts. If you affirm out of lack, even if you affirm 10k times your still not going to get your desire because your not in the state of having it. "feeling is secret" - neville goddard. I recommend reading rem's state guide.
🌷 | Enjoy the process! It's really easy and it shouldn't be something forceful or hard. You got this! Also not necessary but if your doing this challenge, it would be great if you made a post stating what your going to manifest and your results!!

revision is one of those concepts in the law of assumption that often confuse and intimidate those who first hear about it. we know that we can manifest anything NOW or in the future, but how can we manifest something happening in the past? how is it even possible if we don’t exist in the past. well, in this post i will be explaining what exactly revision is and how we can use it in our favor!
⊹₊ ⋆ what is it? ꜜ
so let’s first define what revision is. in this context, revision is when you change or create an event that happened in the past using manifesting. let’s say you got a bad grade on a test. well you can simply revise that you got a better score and that is what will manifest. you got a bad grade in the past, yet changed it so that you got a better grade. but why does this work? because it’s all about our human perception.
think about it this way. how do we know something actually happened in the past? one because we see evidence of it in the present, but also because we can recall the memory of the event. you remember getting a bad grade on the test, therefore you see it in reality (like a report card) which then confirms your memory of getting a bad grade. see where i’m going with this? your memories are just another form of assumptions and affirmations. we only live now in the present. the past and the future exist simultaneously in the form of assumptions. anything that happens in the past only exists in your mind which manifests into the 3d as tangible evidence. this is why revision works!

ANYTHING!! just like how you can manifest anything, you can revise anything too. there is literally no limit whatsoever of the things you can change in your past. here are some ideas…
birthday, birth year, and other details
parents, family members, etc.
eye color, hair color, and other “permanent” features
always being rich, smart, perfect
getting a perfect score on a failed test
never breaking up with an SP
always having perfect health
...and anything else you can imagine!

like normal manifesting, you can revise in any way that works best for you. the most common way to manifest is through SATS, which is a technique that neville goddard swore up and down by…
"Now this is how we do it. At the end of my day, I review the day; I don't judge it, I simply review it. I look over the entire day, all the episodes, all the events, all the conversations, all the meetings, and then as I see it clearly in my mind's eye, I rewrite it. I rewrite it and make it conform to the ideal day I wish I had experienced. I take scene after scene and rewrite it, revise it, and having revised my day, then in my imagination I relive that day, the revised day, and I do it over and over in my imagination until this seeming imagined state begins to take on to me the tones of reality. It seems that it's real, that I actually did experience it and I have found from experience that these revised days, if really lived, will change my tomorrows. When I meet people tomorrow that today disappointed me, they will not tomorrow, for in me I have changed the very nature of that being, and having changed him, he bears witness tomorrow of the change that took place within me..."
✧*̥₊˚‧☆ミ here’s a simplified step by step on how to do it:
get into a relaxed position, sitting up or laying down. then focus on your breathing and get into a very relaxed, drowsy state. in this state you should feel sleepy enough where you don’t want to open your eyes or move, but you don’t feel tired enough to sleep.
think about the event/circumstance you want to revise. again this can be anything you want.
next, rewrite and decide the version of how you wanted the event to actually go.
now choose a scene to visualize that implies that event actually happening instead. for example, instead of seeing yourself getting into a huge argument and breaking up with your SP, visualize your SP telling you how much they love you and want to be with you.
loop this scene until you feel confident that this new scene is what happened instead of the old event. loop it until you feel like you’re actually watching a memory of something that happened that day. make it feel completely natural.
fall asleep in this new assumption OR move on with your day with the full knowledge that this is what really happened. it’s done. no need to look for validation or do more methods. simply persist in this new assumption know matter what you see in the 3d.
if SATS and visualizing isn't your thing, then simply making a new assumption about the situation and persisting in that assumption is enough. a good way to do this is by affirming that you ALWAYS had something or did something. for example, “I always get As on my tests.” or simply affirm in the past tense “I got an A on my test.”
now that you know how to revise, you can use it however you want too!! a good way to practice and “exercise” your revision skills is by reviewing and revising your day to how you wanted it to go. do the SATS technique above every night and watch your reality fall into place exactly how you desire.

Even if I have doubts, fears, anxiety, worries I know I am the god of my reality and whatever I say goes, so my affirmations always become my reality immediately because I recognize my power as the only creator. My words and thoughts manifest overnight. They change my entire reality over night. I get my results overnight. I am so powerful, I am literally the most powerful creator ever. I am above anyone and everything. I am so sure of myself, I know I can have whatever I want. I am ambitious and always get what I want because I am persistent and never give up. I am strong af and so are my affirmations. I create and remodel my reality in seconds just because I embody so easily the state of knowing I am the most powerful creator. I am convinced what I want is meant for me and meant to be in my life. The reason I embody the state of assuming I get what I want when I want it is because I trust my affirmations and myself. I am convinced there’s a special place reserved to my desire in my reality. My reality changes overnight in the one in which I’m living my dreams. I am the person I’ve always dreamt to be. My affirmations are permanent and always work. I manifest everything in no time. It’s enough for me to affirm once to get my desire, that’s how powerful I am. I recognize my power. I have the mindset of a god because I am one. It’s enough for me to just think about my desire to get it because my mind is so powerful that I naturally embody the state of a god in my reality, so my imagination is manifested in real life. My reality is how I’ve always wanted it to be. The only reassurance I need is from my affirmations because my affirmations are the only things that recreate and create my desired reality. I live in the reality in which I already have what I want. I am capable of gaining everything I desire and want. I know it’s very possible and very normal for me to have what I want and what I’ve always wanted. I excel at everything I do, I am naturally excellent and successful. I succeed at everything I do. I only manifest good things and the best and most favorable outcome for me. I focus on myself and my self concept, that’s why I’m radiant and always assume I get everything I want. I always assume the best and most favorable outcome for me. I know I always have what I want because I am God and I blindly trust my affirmations. My success is promised to me.
this is kitty. kitty is a dorky cat who’s great at manifesting! she already manifested a best friend with the law of assumption!
one day, kitty is researching the law of assumption, and she comes across the lullaby method; why don’t try to manifest a new toy with the lullaby method? she thinks!
this is what kitty learns about the lullaby method:
first, she needs to be in a sleepy, very relaxed state, meaning she has to reach a point where she’s so relaxed she doesn’t want to move a paw, not even by a millimeter;
once kitty has reached this extra relaxed state, she starts affirming for what she wants! kitty repeats in her head, over and over, “i have my new toy!” until she falls asleep.
so, kitty is now asleep, dreaming of laying in the sun all day and playing with her new toy!
when kitty wakes up, she meets her friend cupcake, and guess what cupcake gifts her: a new toy!
now, kitty and her new toy are inseparable. she loves it so much she even sleeps with it!

This was originally going to be a “how I manifest” post but I decided to make it a challenge instead.
Like the previous title suggests, this is basically just how I manifest. You absolutely don’t have to do this to manifest. You’re limitless and can manifest even by simply intending! It’s just that I know from personal experience that as a beginner it can be pretty overwhelming to actually start applying LOA with all these methods and techniques, so hopefully this challenge will help you guys!
A little context on my manifestation journey: I used to be an affirm and persist girly 😔 I’d literally affirm 24/7 out of lack and then get annoyed when my desires won’t manifest. Anyway, I’ve seen the light and am a states girly now. To learn more about states, read this.
Now that that’s out of the way, onto the challenge!
The first thing you need to do is decide what to manifest. It can be “big” or “small”, one thing or multiple things… no limits!
Now, here’s how I manifest:
IN THE MORNING: vaunt about my desires while brushing my teeth and doing my morning skin care. I know many people do this right after waking up but I always forget 😭 plus, I find it more fulfilling when I vaunt directly in front of the mirror, don’t know why though.
THROUGHOUT THE DAY: I combine the distraction technique by @remcycl333 and this advice by @laogodess. So every time a thought about my desires comes up, I affirm “what if I had / am [desire] right now? I have / am [desire]. It is done.” and move on with my day. I also listen to some subliminals if I want.
AT NIGHT: similar to what I do in the morning, vaunt while brushing my teeth and doing night skin care. I don’t do SATS cause I always get distracted and imagine these random ass scenarios 💀
I’ll now further elaborate on this routine with the example of manifesting just general desired life:
IN THE MORNING: while brushing teeth and doing morning skin care I feel so good. Everyday has been so wonderful, and I’m sure today will be too. I wonder what I’ll wear when going out for lunch with [sp] today… maybe I should buy something new? Wait, I just remembered, I got a pay check of 1 million yesterday! I’ll buy a new Chanel dress. I’m going to look so good! Honestly, I don’t even need the Chanel dress. I literally look like a goddess right now and I just woke up.
THROUGHOUT THE DAY: when a thought about your desire arises what if I had everything I’ve ever desired right now? I have everything I’ve ever desired. I am living my dream life. It is done.
AT NIGHT: while brushing teeth and doing night skin care Lunch with [sp] was so fun! I bought the Chanel dress I wanted and they said I looked insanely beautiful in it. I got another pay check today, this time of 2 million! What else should I buy? Oh well, I can think about that later. I should sleep, I need to wake up early to hang out with [sp] tomorrow.
