id like to think dennis is bad at comfort because he’s so emotionally… removed but when youre down or at your worst he does everything he can to make you feel betterlike ugh imagine him just sitting down next to you like So fucking confused because ur crying but imagine him just like… pulling u in close and just holding you while you sob it out

But really though, I’d think he’d be pretty good at it after fumbling through it a dozen or so times! I can’t speak for the other alters since we get so little of them, but out of all the alters besides Barry (and maybe Mary Reynolds) I think Dennis would be the go-to person if you’re in emotional distress as well? With him being the Protector I think it’s likely he’s had to handle all types of problems, not just the physical ones.
