đĽ Puckstar | 35 moons | King | Cis Tom (He/Him) | GayđĽ
A classic ginger tabby tom with low white and yellow eyes, his leader mark being flowers in his pupils.
Only mere moons ago Puckstar had been Pucktrill: an ordinary lorekeeper who delighted in storytelling festivities. Now, however, he has been thrust into a place of power he had never imagined after the passing of his grandmother, the late Hydrangeastar. Now king of NymphClan, he finds himself keeping his head high and smile wide in the wake of his newfound leadership. After all, Hydrangeastar had requested him as her replacement herself! Surely she saw something in him that others couldnât.
Those from the other two clans may remember Puckstar for his light-hearted nature and tendency to goof around no matter how serious the patrol. He's doing his darnedest to look at things in a more âkinglyâ manner, though. The other two clanâs kings seem⌠old. And wise! Eaglestar doesnât hardly look his way and Draugrstar is almost aloof with seriousness in comparison to Puckstar. It appears his clanmates arenât the only ones who know he has large paws to fill after his grandmotherâs death.
He needs to have a good head on his shoulders if he is to continue NymphClanâs peaceful, happy reign- and thatâs exactly what he intends to do. Maintain the good vibes and make everyone happy!
Well, NymphClan first. Then everyone else.
ADOPT
Raptorcall | 58 Moons | Scout | DMAB | Sexuality and Pronouns: UTY
A scarred chocolate ticked tabby tom with low white spotting, dark grey blue eyes.
Personality
Raptorcall is known to be a hard-ass and sharply intelligent. He truly does all he can for his clan. Duty and honor come first above all else. While at one time he was known to be a tad more rebellious, peruse the border, start fights, and was overall high and mighty (though that quality is arguably still in fashion for him), Those days are long behind him. However, it's rumored that he had some affair with a non-HarpyClan cat, though he is hard-set that such an event never occurred. He finds himself far too respectable for such juvenile delinquency at his age.
History
Raptorcallâs history is completely up to you! There are a few things that I, Anon, will discuss with whoever ends up adopting raptor đ
ADOPT
Lilybloom | 54 Moons | Rank UTY | DFAB | Sexuality and Pronouns: UTY
An elegant, long-furred albino mollie with pink-blue eyes.
Personality
Lilybloom has always been a bit of a space cadet. She is carefree and here for a good time and has been known to be a bit of a flirt. There is little she takes seriously, even her children. No one knows who sired Cameliablush and Fennelpurr, but itâs not something Lilybloom talks about, so no one has ever pushed the matter. While she does in fact love her children and she does mean well, her connection with them is⌠loose. Cameliablush especially so. The two are polar opposites, which causes quite the friction between them.
History
Lilybloomâs history is completely up to you! I, Anon, do have plans over who sired her kits, however, which will be discussed with the chosen adopter!
Relatives
Fennelpurr: son- alive
Camelliablush: daughter- alive
đŚ Eaglestar | 205 Moons | King | DMAB (he/him) | PansexualđŚ
A shaggy, scarred, long-furred gray tom with sickly yellow eyes and wing markings on his sides.
âThe great and powerful Eaglestar- a cat deserving of his title, nobility, and pride.â
At least, he may now be able to hold true to one of those qualitiesâŚ
A once strong and benevolent King, Eaglestar has, with age, fallen from grace. He is a bitter and spiteful old man. This is to be expected from a cat that is above the age of 200 moons and has outlived most all his remaining friends and family. The paranoia, however? Maybe a little questionable. Having survived in his current reign after not one, but two coups have left him sleeping with his eyes open. Loyalty is worth its weight in gold to Eaglestarâs eyes. A Kingâs word is law as long as it upholds the warrior code, and Eaglestar has done just that in his reign. He has always been head-strong and decisive, though now at this age that aspect of him is⌠slipping a bit.
Some cats have begun to whisper if he will ever live up to his promises he made about GoblinClan and his goal of gaining more territory. Eaglestarâs distaste for the other clan is unmistakable. Itâs no secret how the two clans have been inches from war for ages. In Eaglestarâs mind, all his misfortune has to do with those wretched creatures- but the trades are far too desirable. His love for trinkets and seeing his clanmates happy faces reflected in the finery is too good to lose. So for now, he will keep toeing the line of peace, even if it makes his skin itch and his clanmates rumble. So long as he never hears the murmurings, all will be well. After all, history shows how banishment is not the worst fate a traitor could haveâŚ
THE ORIGIN
Long ago, before any cat can remember, there were no clans. There were only creatures that roamed the isle and the Fae Magic that laced every nook and cranny of the forest. At this time, when the Hind-Walkers ruled over the land, it is said the Gods were angered by the destruction of the forest in the Hind-Walkers personal pursuits. Fueled by their greed for shiny stones, they carved up the earth and began destroying the sacred forest they had sworn to protect and nurture. In response to this sacrilegious disrespect, the Gods sent fearsome storms to drive the Hind-Walkers out. After many days and nights of destruction raining from above, any remaining Hind-Walkers fled the island- never to return.
However, tools and homes were not the only thing the Hind-Walkers abandoned when they fled. Kittypets were left alone, confused, and heartbroken in the wreckage. Now strays, the Gods looked to them with pity, and decided that with the loss of their worshipers it was time to craft new ones. Followers that would heed the Godsâ needs more closely.
One mollie by the name of Whimsy was curious about the forest she was warned to be wary of. Whispers of dangerous beasts and tricky critters laid beyond the edges of her fenced off home, and she was determined to know if what laid beyond her borders was truly malevolent. She believed the Gods to be good, and that surely this must have all happened for a reason, right? Maybe⌠just maybe this was a way for her to find her answers.
CURRENT HISTORY
In more recent times, all three clans are currently in a rather tense truce. For as long as any cat can remember, HarpyClan and GoblinClan have been at odds. The On-Again-Off-Again warring between the two due to territory and trade disputes are currently on the Off-Again side of things, but NymphClan has been placing bets as to how long *that* will last. HarpyClan, at the moment, has been dealing with issues governing oneself leaving little time to grapple with any other enemies.
âď¸ GoblinClan âď¸
With the end of the warm seasons coming to a close, GoblinClan has put on a front that they are happy and content with their lot in life, even if border crossing accusations have soured the mood they are still a force to reckon with and the other clans would do best to consider their actions carefully. But not all is well within their borders, as the increased potential Fae activity is putting everyone on edge, and worse yet several of their youngest apprentices have gone missing after they all dared each other to enter the Old Mine. Only one cat refused to enter the mine, too frightened to set paw inside, and they were the only one search parties managed to find, cowering in the bushes near to the mine entrance.
𪽠HarpyClan đŞ˝
Unrest and ruffled feathers have become the status quo for HarpyClan. Eaglestar is as reclusive as ever, and restless as ever as he, and his clan, grow ever discontent with the amount of land GoblinClan owns in comparison to HarpyClan- especially when claims of smelling Goblin scent on HarpyClan terrain has been rampant as of late. With the approach of New Leaf, HarpyClan stands to pursue prey now more than ever before it all but disappears at Leaf Bare. They are never ones to be ill-prepared. Power shifts and grows in the tall trees as a promising new prophet apprentice has been named. There is hope for Harpy pride yet to grow as the changing of the seasons approaches. Theyâve never been cats to turn their nose when work gets hard, and they arenât about to start now.
đ NymphClan đ
With the changing of the seasonâs, NymphClan could not be in a more prosperous position! This is a time of great celebration with Autumn approaching, and their new leader Puckstar is here to help guide and cultivate the party fever! Since the tragic passing of the beloved Hydrangeastar 3 moons ago (who had reigned for 40 moons), our dear Puck has been quickly thrust into a position of leadership at the request of Hydrangeastar on her death bed. With a beloved leaderâs blessing, NymphClan is assured that their long, peaceful era will continue forth for seasons to come! Nevermind the whisperings of nepotism (as it is widely known that Hydrangeastar was Puckstarâs grandmother)- surely this was meant to be.
Faeclans Maps
All Clan Territory
NymphClan
Nymphclan territory is made up of forested areas with lots of thick foliage for cover. Flowers litter the whole of the territory which add to the fantastical atmosphere. The nymphâs camp is hidden in undergrowth- essentially a pit with a tunnel system to get in and out, with the main entrance being the roots of a massive tree.
HarpyClan
HarpyClan resides as close to the sky as they can manage- leaving their territory to mainly be tied to trees and cliffs. The clan camp is made up of an abandoned harpy nest that theyâve fashioned into a beautiful home with smaller nests to act as âdensâ. Cats typically travel from tree-top to tree-top, as it is much faster than going to the forest floor. The outer edges of the territory is rockier terrain with large cliffs towering around the outer edges of a large lake.
GoblinClan
GoblinClan territory is a dark, dense, maze-like forest near ancient mines one dares not trespass. The camp is hidden in undergrowth, essentially a pit with a tunnel system to get in and out, with the main entrance being the roots of a massive tree.

Hunting and Fighting Roll System
Hunting The basic rules for how rolling for your cat hunting works.
Rolls When hunting, three rolls must be made to determine if you find anything, what you find, and if you catch it. Two of those roles will be a d10, while the third will be anywhere from a d3 to a d5 depending on what youâre willing to find.
The first roll is the search roll, which determines whether you manage to find anything. The second roll is the catch roll, telling you whether or not you catch what you find. The third roll is the prey item roll, defining what animal your character is finding and trying to catch.
Roll Bonuses +1 if the character is a warrior/clan-specific rank (digger/weaver/scout) +1 if the character was named for a specific hunting trait +1 if the character is over 40 moons old +1 if the character is a King or a Council member
The total bonus possible is a +4 to the search/catch roll, if the character rolling happens to meet all the requirements. For example, Boarnose is a Goblinclan cat and the Head Warrior on the Council, they're over 40 moons old, and they were given the suffix -nose for their ability to track exceptionally well. Boarnose rolls a 5 to find prey and a 4 to catch what they found, so with their bonus they got 9 and 8 respectively.
Roll minimums to detect/catch Spring- 4 Summer- 3 Fall- 6 Winter- 7

Fighting Battle is a natural part of a clan catâs life, fighting for your home, territory, honor, and to protect your loved ones. Whether itâs a fight or spar between two or more cats, a brawl between cats and predators, or a fight between a cat and something more dangerous, this is how the rolls are done.
HP HP, or hit points, represent the health of a character. Full hit points mean that they are not injured and in perfect health, while hit points fall below full when something happens to injure them. Getting hurt in a fight will usually decrease a characterâs HP. A character can take at most 6 HP of damage before they are rendered unable to fight (i.e knocked unconscious or killed, depending on the circumstances)
Rolls The one starting the fight rolls a d20 to determine their attack, then the second participant rolls 2d20 to determine whether or not they block/dodge the attack and their counterattack. This goes back and forth until an opponent gives up/flees or hits âzeroâ HP.
Now, each round of attack/defense is not going to take just one HP per hit, that would be boring if a fight were to drag on that long! Besides, these animals are fighting tooth and nail, biting and clawing and shaking and tearing, so damage done to an opponent will vary.
Roll Bonuses Just like with hunting, there are possible bonuses that can be added to a characterâs fighting rolls. +1 if your character is a warrior/clan-specific rank (digger/weaver/scout) +1 if your character is named for their fighting prowess +1 if your character is a warrior over 40 moons
The total bonus points possible is +3 if the character rolling meets all the criteria, such as if the cat rolling was a 50-moon-old warrior named Martenswipe named for his quick claw attacks.
Damage To know how much damage an attack does to an opponent, one must pay attention to the attack roll of the attacker and the defense roll of the defender. The difference between them determines how much damage is caused.
If the attack roll is 1-10 higher than the defense roll, that is a minor injury; small cuts and scrapes, a glancing blow, shallow wounds, etc. These types of injuries can be handled by the individual or those close to them, and rarely need attention from a healer. 1 HP of damage is done
If the attack roll is 11-14 higher than the defense roll, that is a moderate injury; larger and deeper cuts, a weak smack to the head or body, shallow bite wounds, etc. These types of injuries may or may not cause scarring and should be seen to by a healer, but are not usually urgent. 2 HP of damage is done
If the attack roll is 15-18 higher than the defense roll, that is a serious injury; Deep cuts and slashes, deep bite wounds, a concussive blow to the head, etc. These types of injuries will need to be taken care of by a healer and are urgent; they might even be life-threatening if not treated soon enough. They will cause scarring, and in some cases, other kinds of permanent damage. 3 HP of damage is done
If an attack roll is 19 or more higher than the defense roll, that enters severe territory; these are injuries that will cause scarring and permanent damage to a character, they are life-threatening and must be dealt with immediately by healers or other allies nearby. 4 HP of damage is done
Each round has the potential to take away HP from anyone involved in a fight, and everyone will be expected to keep track of their own HP and how much damage they are taking. Mods will also keep track though, and when we notice a character is getting low, we will warn players that it might be time to back out of a fight. If a character falls to zero HP, they are considered unconscious OR they must actively disengage from the battle and flee, returning to camp to be tended to.
Miscreance * Sneakery * Ravelry
A GoblinClannerâs life is dedicated to rumpus, ruckus, and ruction! They live by their own rules and donât care what you think about it. They revel in mischief, although in contrast to the Nymph Neighbors, they can dish it out, but canât take it. One must tread carefully or risk angering a GoblinClanner, as they can be temperamental. Very all or nothing characters, this lot.
Unlike NymphClanâs family structure and HarpyClanâs flock-together attitude, GoblinClanners tend to be more solitary in nature, though they do what they must to work as a unit. Strength of resiliency is valued highly, as being self-sufficient is extremely important. Afterall, how can you help others when you yourself are struggling?
Surprisingly, GoblinClanners are the most likely of the three clans to help others in need. Given how much Fae activity is seen in and around their borders, they understand exactly how important it is to stay safe and hidden. That isnât to say they are kind, necessarily.
Traditionally, GoblinClanners are creatures of the night, and are rarely seen because of their nocturnal lifestyle. Pairs of glowing eyes are routinely spotted at the borders at the dead of night during their patrols. Because of their love of prowling in the dark, GoblinClanners have very good night vision, which makes their dark, maze-like forest home perfectly fit for them.
Speaking of tradition, GoblinClanners have their own deep roots that they hold with pride. Their relationship with the Fae is something they hold sacred, and being the clan with the most Fae sightings, they have their ways of keeping things civil. Given GoblinClanâs love of trinkets, thereâs no end to the amount of items theyâve found or crafted that ward off more malevolent spirits, such as bells or chimes, and anything metal blessed by the Prophet in front of den entrances or the tunnel that leads to the camp itself.
Given they are an eclectic sort, trinkets (as mentioned above) are well-loved in GoblinClan. Who doesnât love bright and shiny doo-dads? Though thatâs not the only thing cats use to decorate themselves, as vulture culture is a very distinct aesthetic GoblinClannerâs share. Small bones and pelts from prey are often worn to keep warm as well as look intimidating.
Beauty Standards
Solid, dark coats and simple tabby patterns are favored as it's easier to hide in the dark. While body types in GoblinClan are very diverse and all are seen as beautiful in their own unique ways, big, bat-like ears are seen as especially aesthetically pleasing. Scarring is seen as beautiful, the more scars the more powerful a cat appears. Extra toes, bobtails, and other oddities are seen as good omens.
Nobelity * Pride * Glory
HarpyClanners value tradition and take a lot of pride in it. They follow the warrior code very closely, and stake a lot of their value in hard work following the status quo. Birds of a feather flock together, and all that. Though there is extra reverence and respect for those in leadership, as they are seen as the best of the best- which is a status that all self-respecting HarpyClanners strive for. They are expected to apply their skills to the best of their abilities in order to help their clan. A good HarpyClanner is efficient, polite, noble, and physically in tip-top shape. Nothing less than perfection is required in HarpyClan.
When it comes to outsiders, HarpyClan does, in fact, feel above them and think, clan cat or not, everyone should keep away from Harpy borders. HarpyClan has a reputation of having a superiority complex to other clans, though their leadership is known to be civil enough. It would be uncouth to bear teeth or claw with a mere clipping of words. Though, this also can come across as rather frilly and petty to the other clans. All bark and no bite. But a Harpyâs talons are sharp and precise. They are wondrous at using the trees to their advantage in a fight, and are not to be trifled with- especially in their home territory.
While these cats can be vain and snobbish, they are also very strong with their steadfast beliefs and dedication to their clan and close loved ones. Harpyâs are magnificent soldiers who hold their heads high, even at their lowest point. If weakness is spotted, tough love and even neglect is pushed upon the odd-cat-out. Much like birds knocking a bad egg out of a nest. To keep a clan pristine, you prune a few feathers for the betterment of the clan. For survival. So hold fast, grit your teeth, and persist. After all, it is your duty to be the best you you can be. Not just for yourself, but in service of your King, and your clan.
HarpyClanners, for all of their posturing and pride, tend to be more reserved in terms of affection, with preening and grooming often only taking place between loved ones. Intimacy between loved ones- platonic or otherwise- in public is frowned upon. Thatâs not to say they donât have community. Grooming one another in the treetops is very common. Afterall, one must look their best to help their confidence grow! And with great confidence comes great work. Compliments are also plenty- well worded, of course. One must be well-spoken and thorough to get things across.
Tradition is held sacred in this place of sea and sky. Birds are held in the highest regard, as itâs said they can touch the infinite sky above and into the realm of the gods. This is why HarpyClanners take residency within the treetops: to be as close to the heavens as mere mortals can. This is also why feathers are so dear and coveted to HarpyClanners. What feathers a cat has in their pelt says a lot about them. Their rank, an echo of their name, perhaps, and their personal values. (see this guide as to how they are worn: [https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ll3Gfo7d5kD2GLT1F1t4fUcP9LkLRHWBQ197XffU_Os/edit].) Of the four gods Green Leaf holds the most reverence in HarpyClan.
Beauty Standards
More slender builds with long, elegant coats. Extravagant tabby patterns and high white. Love to decorate themselves with feathers or other jewelries/decor that happen to be eye-catching or shiny.
Whimsy * Serendipity * Mischief
NymphClan is dedicated to serendipity and merriment. Laughter and joy is the foundation the Nymphs thrive off of, though whether it is at someone elseâs expense is neither here nor there. They are very community-oriented with loyalty to oneâs kin being of utmost importance, and in NymphClan, everyone in the clan is considered family!
While the Nymphs are very close to one another, they tend to shut off from outsiders: choosing to mind their business for better or worse. Unless, that is, someone were to trespass. In that case, the trespasser better pray, because NymphClan cats donât just chase danger away. They like to have their fun with them first⌠To the other clans, NymphClan seems harmless enough- lazy even. Nothing but a clan of goofy gossips who stick to their cliques and steer clear of others unless provoked. However, NymphClan cats are no joke. With their pack mentality, you best watch yourself lest you get cornered by a group of them.
Despite their capacity for malevolence, NymphClan strive for peace. Cats learn from early on to bury negative feelings or let bygones be bygones for the wellness of the clan. Why fight when you can resolve things over a tasty meal instead? Family helps family, and if someone is suffering, the Nymphs simply must band together to help one another through troubling times. Physical affection and gift-giving are a common trend in NymphClan culture, and seeing someone down will result in group hugs- wanted or not.
The Nymphâs hold fast to their traditions- leaving them surprisingly stubborn and reluctant to change. One of said traditions is their use of flower language. Every flower has a special meaning, and is often used as gifts and decoration. Petals and leaves are also used as tools of divination by the Prophet to tell smaller fortunes. Of the four gods, the twins: New Leaf and Leaf Fall, are highly favored in NymphClan- hence their devotion to flowers and leaves.
Beauty Standards
On the short side- as they are easily able to squeeze into tight spaces and hide, also just seen as cute. Dilute and warm tones are seen as good for camouflage. Calicos and tortie patterns with shorter coats are seen as more desirable.
Ethereal * Waggish * Cunning
FaeClans is a 18+ semi-literate roleplay group on Discord. It takes place in a fictional fantasy setting based on general Scandinavia and inspired by Scandinavian fae folklore. Magic and fae are rare, but very much alive and only seem to become more of a nuisance to the lives of the clan cats that claim the land as their home.
In the forest meadows resides NymphClan: a clan dedicated to merriment and mischief. The tall trees and cliffs are occupied by HarpyClan: the traditional and strategic. Those that dwell in the dark forest underground and caves are GoblinClan: cats that delight in roguish behavior and hullabaloo.
