When it comes to the writing trope of “Mates” would it break your heart or be more interesting if that was altered? As in two people that are fated to be with other people want other people. Or a broken bond that can’t be undone. Or one isn’t able to bond at all. Give me your serious thoughts and ideas.
I’ve read a lot about this trope. I do love it personally, but I want to change things up a bit with own personal novel. Some hate it, some love it. What do you guys think?
