Positive thing No. 1 - Back to the plan today! Woot! I had a couple of temptations but I resisted :)
Positive thing No. 2 - Legs day today. This one kills me this most, I think. Although I say that with every blogiates workout.
Positive thing No. 3 -Greek yoghurt is my new jam.
Eating was fantastic today. I was back to the plan again which makes me feel really good.
Exercise was also good but my glutes are in many types of pain. They will thank me later.
Tomorrow will be good. I will going to the gym for my cardio and then its abs day with Cassey. Eating will also be to the plan again.
