maybe it’s a little lame but catra + adora was kind of a break thru moment for me when it came to “writing that would be neat and nice and more moral i guess” versus “writing that is more thought provoking and interesting because it’s messier and has blurrier lines about morality and what’s right” because like. what if the girl you love and who you’re going to love for the rest of your life and will never be able to let go of is the girl who’s done a lot of awful things and done a lot of them to you and to people you care about and to random strangers and the whole world but she’s still your best friend and she’s still the girl you would jump off a cliff for would put your own life as well as your closest friends lives in danger for and she is the girl you love and what if that’s enough no family or friends or good deeds of hers is what makes her worthy what makes it enough is that it’s her. and so you put your own and your friends lives in danger and in doing so put the fate of the universe at stake and you jump off a cliff because she was forced to jump off of it too and you never would have ended up saving the universe if you hadn’t done that. if someone who was awful was enough. if you hadn’t put your own selfish desires first and saved her. like what if man !!!! what if. and what if she’s a catgirl and what if she’s a SCORPIO. man.

i know its the mets, but this is the coolest shit i’ve ever seen a human being do
Smoove with it too
This is the kind of shit you see in anime that shows that a certain character is stronger than other characters.
“Pathetic. You can’t even hold the bat you dare step to the plate? Have you no respect for the sport?”
reminds me of this gif
Baseball players are to be feared
Reblogging for the last one
^Same for me
They just kept getting progressively more “woah”
much woah
Oh my god this is a lucky universe
every time this post comes around, my favorite part is the “I know it’s the Mets” qualifier at the beginning lmao like how baseball that this zillion note posts starts with “sorry for putting this hellteam on your dash, bUT”
Y’all have no idea how hard I was trying not to laugh in class at that poor bird
They…they just blew up a fucking bird…
Ball’s dead. Bird’s dead. I’m dead

personally my favorite thing about Mr. Bird Evaporator is this imagine being the poor fool tryna rob this man’s house only to be instantly transported to the same dimension as that bird
He does photography now, and I guess just in case you’re booking him wondering “is it that Randy Johnson?” … here’s his logo:

Happy birthday to Irish artist Harry Clarke, born #onthisday in Dublin in 1889 (on #StPatricksDay no less). Here he is in a self-portrait as an absinthe drinking Mephistopheles from Goethe’s Faust.
