Lose balance during exercises?
Man, as someone with impaired muscle coordination and poor balance from a disability, this kind of thing is vital to hear. It makes me feel like I actually can do these exercises, because it's really more important to do them at all than it is to do them by someone else's standards (so long as your form isn't causing injury at least). Thank you for all the vids you've done about adapting exercises. 💜
I do a lot of modified exercises because I get vertigo and tremors, and I'll likely never graduate to doing them 'normally'. Doing it at all is better than not doing it, and that's vital.
As a ND person with related balance issues, I was convinced I was at fault for so long when I couldn’t do things without wobbling, but everyone is different. Some people will never be able to do it without support and that’s fine :)

The best way to develop discipline is through developing good habits. Your actions basically sums up who you are

“Being vegetarian here also means that we do not consume dairy and egg products, because they are products of the meat industry. If we stop consuming, they will stop producing. Only collective awakening can create enough determination for action.”

It's not a diet and exercise, this is how I live my best life.

we have to like. continuously work on ourselves. there’s no plateau or anything. just continuous work.
