OOC;; Sooooooooo It’s definitely past March 25th and I’m still gone whoops. I guess I didn’t fully realize just how much shit I need to get done before the end of the semester, so when I’m not busy doing schoolwork, I’m 5000000% too lazy to actually be on tumblr. So, my apologies to everyone waiting on me. This account will continue its Hiatus for an indefinite amount of time. We’ll see where I’m at when summer starts, but I’m graduating so... THE REAL WORLD IS OUT THERE AND TERRIFYING. Ciao for now.

HIATUS MARCH 20TH–MARCH 25TH

So, I’m finally on Spring Break, but that doesn’t mean I’ll be any more active than I have been lately. Gonna be visiting my girlfriend during it, so I’ll be getting involved in shenanigans with her~ I can’t promise I’ll be back to replying stuff when I return, but I just thought I’d put up an official “I won’t be around at all” notice for anyone I talk to on here. That’s all! Enjoy your week!

As he walked back inside, he pulled the door along with him. Preventing any nosy passerby from getting curious. Following up on on such little contributions in emotional aid, Dingwall let the silence sit shortly. Clearing the floor of it’s mess. He took up the fallen books up with care. Straightening out the pages before placing them on the table.

“Did uh…” There was a debate running though his head. Was this the situation where you change the subject, or  have the person vent out for their benefit? You can’t faithfully believe what you’d want is what they’d want. So in light of that, let’s go with the latter. “Were yea the one who put these here?”

Hans spent the silence that fell between them reorganizing his thoughts, breathing in a careful and slow rhythm to calm the nerves tingling through his body. He still heard his brother’s voice in his head, a condescending sneer that echoed and taunted him in the stillness of the room. Unknowingly, his jaw became tight, and it took Wee speaking for him to release its tension that had created a throb in his cheek.

A short exhale and a dismissive shake of his head, Hans strode forward to assist his friend in replacing the books that were strewn across the floor. “I regret to answer that question with a ‘yes,’” he murmured, knowing full well that there’d be no use lying. “I suppose you could say it’s been one of those days, though that does little to excuse my behavior.”

OOC;; I’ve got two weeks until spring break, which means that all of my professors are shoving projects onto us to get done before the break. Because of this increase in workload, I’ll probably be even scarcer on this account and may not get to replying to threads until break. Just a heads up! Thanks for your patience.

His every breath, every tiny sound was an encouragement. While she may have been at his mercy a short while ago, a strange sort of satisfaction came from knowing that she could render him equally as helpless. His unsteady breaths set her skin aflame, and she grinned, glancing down to watch how his features became tinged with bliss.

But as the fabric of her dress loosened, Spring hesitantly disentangled herself from him, dragging tantalizing fingertips down his chest one last time before she pulled away just enough to meet his clouded gaze. Leaning down to rest her forehead against his own, Spring purposely ignored how her cheeks burned, letting out a trembling breath. With practiced ease she helped to slide the short sleeves of her dress down her arms. Without the support the fabric sagged and bunched around her chest. The lacy edge of her bra peeked out from beneath her dress, one strap temptingly close to slipping from her shoulder.

Green eyes glazed with desire met his gaze with intimate intensity, a kittenish smile quirking her lips. An wave of contentment washed over her, forcing yet another heartfelt declaration from her lungs. “I love you, Hans,” she whispered at the tail end of a sigh, her voice low as she looked into his eyes.

Love.

           Hans had been so oblivious to the emotion for the earlier years            of his life. He spent two decades trying to achieve it--trying to            understand the true meaning of it when he lived in a family so            void of that intimacy. Was it the feeling that passed between his            eldest brother and her queen? Was it the feeling he harbored for            his little nephew? That protective, adoring, affectionate air that            blanketed him each time Prince Bo beamed at him like he was the            greatest thing to ever set foot in the Isles?

Whatever it was, the demoted prince had always found himself so bewildered--so dreadfully uncertain of it. He never knew if it was a weakness. If it was a strength. If it was even worth how much he fought to receive it from his brothers in his childhood days. When it came to Spring, though, the muddled mess of his mind cleared and became focused. He had no doubts. Not even for a second. Because he loved her more than he thought was even possible.

            Hearing her breathe that soft confession, though, Hans froze to meet             her gaze. He studied her face. The flush in her cheeks. The way her             lashes fluttered over her eyes. The delicate curl of her rosy lips. And             all he could do initially was smile. But then he propped himself up again.             Fingers traced the outline of her jaw as his attention intimately followed             the movement. He moved in, lips brushing across hers as he spoke.

“I love you, too.”

“…No.” Absolutely nothing material. Nor aid for any problem. All he wanted was some familiar company. While, Hans was the most known to him defaultly, it wasn’t pure loneliness that pushed him here either. He was genuinely seeking this man’s time. There wasn’t any goal in mind. If all else had failed for entertainment, having someone close by would have been nice enough.

As it usually goes, it appears his wishes weren’t meant to be. The attender could fix themselves up all he’d like. It didn’t change the mess of evidence around them. “Not a thing… I’ll be off if, yer busy right now.” Dingwall proclaims as he backs out. He barely had a grasp on this place. Whatever caused this man so much distressed, he wasn’t confident any word of his would help.

A long sigh leaked through parted lips, released unsteadily despite his attempts to reclaim his composure. Hans looked away from his friend for a moment, and he ran gloved fingers over his mouth as the young lord continued to back out of the room. Then, lifting the hand away from his mouth, he reached out to Wee with a hint of something like desperation.

        “No, I’m not, ahh... busy, Wee. Honest.” His attention drifted to         his raised arm, and he was quick with dropping it back to his side.         He ran his tongue over his teeth, thoughtful. “Actually, I could do         with the company right now, if you’re willing to provide it.”
