Despite having been active in the undertale fandom for many years, I’m a relatively new enjoyer of the undertale multiverse.
This blog is both my holding place for information/references/lore, and my attempt to document my ~travels through the utmv~ as I try and uncover as much character lore and fandom history as I can. The rabbit hole runs deep y’all.
I reblog quite a bit of fanart, but they won’t be tagged as references unless I’d like to use them as such. This is mostly so I can keep all my UTMV stuff in one place, while still keeping the references easy to find.
This isn’t a deep dive just because, I hope to use this acquired information as references for a fan project (it’ll most likely be written but may have more visual elements as well) I’m currently developing with Mojo
Because these references are being acquired for a specific purpose, they’ll lean heavily into what we need for our project as opposed to general knowledge. This blog is mostly Fresh-Centric.
Tagging guide under the cut
#[AU name] reference is the catch all tag for any specific AU
I get rid of the under- or -tale prefixes/suffixes in these. (So underfell would be categorized as #fell reference, xtale is categorized as #x reference, and so on)
#adrian talks is for anything I might have to say. As the project develops I’ll probably add more specialized tags for me, Mojo, and the things we create in regards to the project
#adrian art is for when i want to post fanart of my own :]
#main canon is for tagging exactly what it says on the tin
#fandom is for posts about fandom, either in general or utmv specific
#art is for any official art from or commissioned by the creator of the AU
#fanart is for any art that doesn’t match the above requirement. Usually will not be tagged as reference.
#analysis is for any post that explores the motivations or inner world of a character. These can be creator or fan made as long as I think they line up
#links is for specific links to further references
#shipping is for tagging what it says on the tin. I enjoy it. Feel free to block it if it’s not your jam

Hi guys… Honestly I’m shaking as I’m writing this but I can’t keep doing this any longer I feel like I have to speak up about it.
I won’t be drawing Error anymore. I don’t think ANYONE should be drawing Error actually.
I’ve been thinking about this for months. And it’s just that… Why are we glorifying a murderer AND abuser? You know… a guy that literally KILLS people? Like do you people not care about the lives of INNOCENT monsters that probably did absolutely nothing wrong?? Do you truly understand what taking someone’s life for no reason is?? And that also completely tortured Swap in the anti-void (AN INNOCENT MONSTER!!)??? Do none of you see how fucked up and problematic that is???
That’s literally so promurder of you. I can’t believe I was genuinely brainwashed into this cult in the first place. If there’s one thing I could tell Cam from 217 days ago it would be.. Don’t take pity on this people and please them with your art. Promurderer people like you lot are just not worth it.
Considering all of this, I will EXCLUSIVELY be drawing Ink from now on. He’s just so much nicer in comparison… I can always trust Ink to always have clear morals and be a kind person to everyone <3
Ink is not any morally better than Error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN FACT!!! HE IS WORSE!! Ink protects AUs out of selfishness, our attention keeps him alive!!! SHE doesn't care how much the people in the AUs suffer, as long as a story is being told properly she doesn't care!!!!!!

so a while back, i found out that fresh, being an asexual parasite takes the pronouns of whatever his host is, and my first thought to that was: trans fresh lmao. and i thought the shitpost was good enough for me to draw
however my partner told me that description matches genderfluid folk best so i did that as well.
however in the same post it mentions that fresh has no concept of gender so neither is canon technically. i do wonder that with him slowly developing the ability to have feelings he'd end up learning what gender is and maybe assuming a gender identity for himself? ehh I doubt it.
