Things you do

When I feel bad or awful because of the depression, I release it in one or two snapchat statuses. No one ever reads, or cares of them of course, but it gives a bit peace in mind so I can sleep and feel better in the morning. I write this because I want to say that it isn't healthy or good to keep it inside you all the time. You just need a way to vent it in someway that actually helps even for a moment. Though maybe a guy in a gas mask is not the best guy to tell anyone anything.
