the thing is I would be okay with being viewed as sexually attractive while topless. like a shirtless cis man can be a considered a hunk beefcake eye candy etc but it's not by nature r-rated. usamerican society at large is able to understand that toplessness can be sexually appealing but is not in itself a sexual act when a man does it. if I could be just casually topless on a hot day or something without the little flashing light over my head saying think of the CHILDREN I would be getting minoan with it

She’s woken up by her own declaration. She lays there gasping, confused and disoriented, heart hammering.The haze of the dream lingers around her like a cloud. What day is it? Has she already said yes? Is it too late? What is real and what is the dream?

Absently she reaches to wipe the sleep from her eyes, feels damp cheeks. She rubs them away angrily, rolling over and burying her face in the pillow. Reflexively, her hand fists into her shirt, above her heart. She squeezes her eyes shut as a surge of pain rips through her chest.

As the dream begins to recede, the lingering panic she carried with her into the waking world is replaced with a sense of hollow dread. She feels empty.

Her eyes find the calendar on the wall and before she can clamp her lips to stifle the sound, a choked sob escapes.

Today she is helping Rachel pick out her wedding dress.
