Many people are unhappy with their body which leads to negative feelings trough out their week. If this sounds like you, it’s time to change your habits and make a plan! I think it is very important to plan your day ahead. Make every evening a list with goals you want to accomplish the next day. To get you in shape you need to stand up and don’t sit after school or work on the couch. It is easy to say you cannot achieve this or that when you don’t do it. Plan ahead and go regularly to your local Gym or find a sport club so other people can “force” you do make it happen ;) A minimum of 30 minutes a day can help you do get in shape (that’s less than a typical Netflix episode) but that means everyday and do not give up after one week. To get your desired fitness Level it needs time! More later.. see you in the gym💪🏼
