The door to her office creaked open, he could see her standing there, staring at him with those eyes of hers, no emotion and stares right j to your soul.
"Mr. Williams. Oscar must've told you. Please sit down."
He walks over and sat himself in front of her desk. The both sat in silent, the anxious feeling crashing through Ash as he couldn't himself to stare in The Owner's eyes.
"Has he told you why I wanted to talk about you?"
"Hm. Well, as you've probably thought of, it's your little fight with that man earlier... eh, his name was..?"
"Ethan, I've heard ma'am. But he prefers Gold"
"Oh... I guess that's a first. I've heard better anyway"
Ash chuckled, shaking his head a little as he faced up
"Soooo... what do you want to talk about the fight?"
"Ah yes. Now, I've heard word from SPARK about the whole situation. I must say, I am impressed you managed to take him yourself, and did quite a number on him, quite wonderful to hear. But there is something with you and new girl from the combined universe."
"Terumi? The Player's alternative?"
"Yes. But before I begin, please understand that I'm speaking of pure honesty and want this to be advice for the both of you."
"Now. I understand how you felt and how Terumi must have felt. But you both have got to stop with whatever you're doing. Firstly, you cannot continue to com here on nights you know are going to be trouble, I have told you many enough times that you have full permission to stay home."
"And secondly with the young lady. I know she must mean something to you, but you cannot let her think what works in here doesn't work with ours, along with other individuals from her own."
"I've also heard about the conversation with her and Oscar outside, if she refuses to see and learn what she is supposed to do in this world combined to hers or how to understand everything, she's only going to get herself killed and shamed even more."
"The both of us know that, and it's only going to get worse if she continues to be this way."
"Ma'am. If you please, Terumi is a nice lady, she really is but, after seeing her attempts of being so stubborn and such anxious to please someone, do you think it's already too late?"
"No. You remember the year you came to The Inventory?"
"You remember how stubborn you were to learn the truth about this place and how it was different from yours?"
Ash paused, as if trying to remember exactly.
"I did. You were a very interesting man, always asking the weirdest questions like it all never existed. At least you had Winslow and GLaDOS to hell with your understanding. But Terumi and her people are going to be more difficult, even if any of them refus to listen, I give you two options, try to tell them through or leave them to find out their consequences."
"I will help by watching over and calling you and everyone else for any other updates and more. Thank you Mr. Williams. That's all I want from you."
Ash stands up and nod towards The Owner, turning towards the door before he stopped and looked towards The Owner.
"Um, one more question, ma'am."
"Oscar said he won't return until he's dealt with Terumi. Did you tell him the same thing before you sent him to find us?"
"Indeed. But don't worry, Oscar may be brutally honest and aggressive, especially towards you, but he's knows his way through people, he's the toughest and most stubborn employee I know. He'll do fine."
Ash nodded, walking outside the door of her office. The Owner stood and looked towards the small window behind her. In a flash, her body brushed into flames as her boday dropped to the floor, only a flame hovering her remained, flying out the window in search and watch for Oscar.
