man so much of my lore is discarded/out of date i need to update this page asap
Full name and pronouns of muse: Daniella Delarosa ; she/her Name and pronouns of mun: Allie ; she/her URL: @xfaucheuse Muse Face Claim: Asuka Tanaka from Sound Euphonium Species of Vessel: Canonically a grim reaper, but I write her as human in her Pokemon verse. Legendary: Yveltal (so chosen because he would give me a way to synthesize her canonical reaper status with the human self from her Poke-verse) Type of Vessel: Naturally Occurring Quick summary of abilities + level of ability: Her abilities are still being honed – for all her years of living and having a connection to Yveltal, she didn’t completely accept it until she was nineteen, when her fiancé was killed by Team Flare. It’s been three years since then, and her abilities are sort of similar to her canonical reaper abilities – limited control over shadows (via Dark Pulse), can cloak herself from mortal view (via Phantom Force), can take on an avian form (via Air Slash), and has the ability to collect souls (via Oblivion Wing). However… Consequences of the abilities: …Air Slash and Phantom Force are the only moves she can use regularly at this stage. Dark Pulse is weak and difficult for her to control, and whereas her canon self can collect any souls she needs to, Vessel!Daniella can only use Oblivion Wing once every three years (she first used it in rage, with help from Yveltal himself, to get revenge against Team Flare, and in the present-day, the power is close to resetting). It also has a small radius of only five feet. Additionally, her connection to Yveltal has given her cold skin and slow vitals, which has led to a lot of doctor’s appointments and health scares throughout her life and journey, as well as a continual reminder that she is a being of the dead and not the living. How did they get their abilities? She’s had her powers since birth, but given the connection to the occult that the Delarosa family has always had, she strongly suspects that she inherited at least some of it from her father. Is your muse a Vessel in mainverse or AU? Main Pokemon verse, but an AU overall since she’s a fandomless OC Are you comfortable utilizing alternate history headcanons associated with Vessel lore? Yes
apologies for the delay--you have been accepted~
look what i finally did.
Full name and pronouns of muse: Kalangitan, they/them. They go by Kala almost all the time.
Name and pronouns of mun: Ran, any pronoun works.
URL: lostguidings
Species of Vessel: Human.
Legendary: Zygarde.
Type of Vessel: Created Vessel.
Quick summary of abilities + level of ability: Not much since they’re still new.
Telepathy with the Zygarde’s five core cells.
Full resistance to poison and venom.
Good resistance to electricity.
Slight resistance to fire.
Can create one Avatar of self.
Has a “green thumb.”
Can utilize Aura Break.
Can use the moves Safeguard, Haze, Camouflage, Core Enforcer, Dragon Breath, and Land’s Wrath.
Consequences of the abilities:
Ice-type, Dragon-type, and Fairy-type pokemon moves are deadly.
Gets cold easily.
Headaches due to telepathy.
Kala’s energy, even life force, can be used by any of Zygarde’s Formes.
Tires easily when “connected” to Zygarde for more than a day.
Created Avatar weakens, and dies altogether, if the distance is too great.
Anything done to the Avatar is done to Kala.
How did they get their abilities? It was transferred from their katalonan mentor, who was a Created Vessel.
If they obtained their Vesselship through a religion–what rank do they hold in that religion? While they did get their Vasselship through a religion, there are no ranks in Kala’s religion.
Is your muse a Vessel in mainverse or AU? AU.
Are you comfortable utilizing alternate history headcanons associated with Vessel lore? Yes! I’m always up for headcanons.
@lostguidings hOLY SHIT I NEVER PUBLISHED THIS i’m so sorry but i just wanted to say you are accepted! <3
@phantomspeak submitted:
heck i don’t have an icon handy atm but i can give one to u if u want Full name and pronouns of muse: Phoebe Kalili she/her Name and pronouns of mun: Nox ze/zir or they/them URL: phantomspeak Species of Vessel: Human Legendary: Lunala Type of Vessel: Naturally Occurring Quick summary of abilities + level of ability: She’s towards the beginning of her journey tbh–as a medium, her abilities are pretty well-developed. She can see/speak with/interact with/etc the dead (both Pokemon and human) and can project herself (though projection requires her to take time to recover afterwards). She can also communicate telepathically with Ghost-type Pokemon, but doing so with unfamiliar Pokemon (especially those who are quite powerful and have no desire for her to do so) can be quite difficult. Very limited night vision.
Consequences of the abilities: She runs the risk of losing control while projecting–it’s not dangerous to others but it could prevent her from returning to her physical self, which is bad for pretty obvious reasons. Use of her powers beyond seeing and interacting verbally with the dead can wear her out and intensify her chronic illness symptoms. Increased photosensitivity. How did they get their abilities? Her mother’s family is a line of mediums drawing their power from Lunala, but she’s the first in a while to really hone them. Is your muse a Vessel in mainverse or AU? uhhhhh sort of both I guess?? She’s a medium either way but I dunno how much I’d explore the Vessel stuff outside of, well, other vessels. Are you comfortable utilizing alternate history headcanons associated with Vessel lore? depends on the alternate history but a soft yes
apologies for my delays on this, but accepted <3 welcome to the vessel family!

@hmrtia, summing up the entire process of vesselmaking
Timeline of Arceitic Assdickery--uH I MEAN CREATION
original title: For a creator god, Arceus is a petty little bitch.
i should definitely start outlining the purposes of the pantheon more so that i can be more specific about what vessels of each specific deity should expect from their blessing. for this hc, many of the details were discussed a while ago with @hmrtia, our first vessel of regigigas, so give them a warm round of applause for their work! <3
like the hcs with arceus and giratina, this is subject to change as more hc-ing sessions are had, but it is unlikely to change drastically, and for now here’s what it is.
regigigas and the regis are the last remaining titans from a bygone age analogous to the age of the greek mythological titans. they were eons older than humans, and arceus’ first attempt at creating sapient beings like himself. many, like the regi trio, began typed. but many others began as ???-typed aka Q-typed, aka arceus’ true typing; some of them retained their Q-typed, while many of them eventually became typed when they used their powers in a specialized way. this is because the Q-type is a blank slate that is easily “dyed” with the use of other types. (why didn’t arceus’ Q-type eventually become dyed? because he is the CREATOR of all things, and he can wield 18 types in perfect balance. the Q-type becomes “dyed” only when its user cannot perfectly balance a use of 18 types, and even if arceus was “dyed,” they are capable of bending the laws of their universe to cleanse their own type contaminations. any non-arceus being capable of wielding their Q-type likely has some “dyeing” if not a complete “dyeing,” which means that they are better at wielding some types than others.)
arceus’ motivation for making the titans can be summed up in one image:
there’s more to it than that, of course, but that was the primary motivation. what more to it was there? well, he just wanted to create creatures that were like him to see what they would do with their own creations--none, of course, as great or powerful as arcass’s, but still worth looking at (albeit in the same way you nod along at a young child’s poorly drawn artwork and smile and say “oh how cute!”) indeed, regigigas was the first vessel of arceus--and the first vessel ever, really. but things backfired because arceus’ creations turned out a liiiiittle too much like him, and inherited the part where they Have To Be In Control. the titans rebelled, having become nearly as strong as the fucking foundation of the universe itself.
well shit, thought arcass, looks like it’s time to start over. so arceus wiped out all the titans save for the regi quartet, and chained regigigas--the leader of the rebellion--underground for all time. the first aeonic extinction was now complete.
next came the age of the “aesir.” because i have a massive kink for norse mythology. arceus was still determined to create creatures in their image, since it gets awfully lonely up there as an omniscient god with nobody singing your praises. though sapient beings are still insignificant in the grand scheme of things, there’s just something superbly entertaining about a large collection of sapient minds that a primal god simply can’t get from watching stars die over and over.
anyway.
the aesir are scientifically referred to as Enhanced Q Humanoids (EQO to differentiate from EQH, Enhanced Q Humans), because they all roughly took the forms of modern humans (except maybe they were about a foot taller), and because “enhanced Q” means that you can manipulate your Q type to create Q-typed attacks or moves of any typing you like. “aesir” was just the term that scandinavian humans invented later. technically, any Enhanced Q Human has the right to call themselves “aesir,” regardless of ethnicity. but nowadays, most people if they were to wake up tomorrow as enhanced Q would be horrified at the thought of calling themselves that due to some nastyass white supremacist connotations that the word picked up (which i will discuss in a later post).
naturally, accompanying the EQO were the jötnar, or THO (Typed HumanOids, as opposed to THU, Typed HUmans), beings that began in the same mold as the EQO but were typed instead of enhanced Q. as with the term “aesir,” the term “jötunn” is simply what scandinavian humans called the THO; any human that has a typing today might be categorized as jötunn. like mythological jötnar, some were capable of taking on fully human forms, but most of them looked strange. in arceus’ eyes, these were the prototypes of pokémon.
of course, this age was not to last, just like the age of the titans before it. ragnarök became a thing--some of the THO and indeed some disillusioned EQO wanted to remake the godly order according to a different vision, not the vision of the dad who gave them marching order after marching order but was never actually around. so they threw their little bitchfit, wrecked the shit out of asgard before moving on to the grand goat themself, and arceus descended from on high to stop the party.
the second aeonic extinction was now complete.
note: some of the EQO and THO still survive to this day. i haven’t fully decided on yveltal’s origins yet, but jörmungandr survives in the form of zygarde’s five cores, whereas xerneas is a fusion between baldr and some pieces of yggdrasil. as for AZ? if you’ve ever completed pokémon X and/or Y, take a moment to think back on your battle with him and go: “Wow, I can’t believe I defeated the Pokémon world’s equivalent of Odin.” if you look under the hair that covers half his face, you will notice his missing eye.
and finally, there is the age of the humans. obviously, we are much less powerful than either the humans or the EQO, but we are still Q-typed--we still have arceus’ type--and that is how they intended us. less powerful than the titans and less powerful even than the EQO, we were born with a disadvantage that neither titans nor EQO had to face: the vast majority of us do not have control over the Q energies inherent in our typings. if we want to unlock our “birthright” as the creations energetically closest to our creator, we have to earn it.
of course, just like the subconsciously inherently megalomaniacal multiverse-reshaping shitbags we are thanks to being the most like our heavenly father out of any living being, earn it we did--eventually. through the catholic arceist proliferation and the protestant arceist reformation, there came about a “Q revolution” in the collective consciousness of humankind: we who once thought ourselves to be powerless now had a taste of multiversal power at our fingertips. all we had to do was get sworn into the clergy--or kill the priests, take their strength, and sell our usurper vesselships for a high price. though many churches overall viewed this as a good thing, some arceists rightly fear the horrific consequences of giving arceitic powers to humans at all. so far their fears have not been proven true--at least, not in the apocalyptic form they predict.
the third aeonic extinction has, quite obviously, yet to take place, but it is poised to be the most ignominious of them all. well--more accurately, since i can’t think of a fancy and armageddonist-sounding version of the word “stupid,” it’s poised to be the most stupid. instead of going out in a blaze of glory, waging a (somewhat self-)righteous war against our douchebag creator to wrest the reins of the multiverse from their grimy goat hands, we are the most likely out of arceus’ “chosen creations” to use our godly potential to KILL OFF OURSELVES. i mean, it’s not that there aren’t vessels who would want to kill arceus instead--i actually have an OC in the works who was strong enough to try just that. but by some sick twist of fate that not even arcedick could forsee, humans proved to be far pettier than their titan and EQO predecessors: what our inheritance lacked in raw power, it more than made up for in outright bitchiness. we hate ourselves some cosmic injustice, it’s true. but more than that, we hate each other.
I need to seriously make up for my lack of content so here you go. XD
this came from an earlier discussion with our first vessel of giratina, @polycoria, so hats off to them for their contribution! note that the above hcs are subject to change as things are discussed more, but probably won’t be altered drastically.
shit i haven’t updated this blog in a few
Full name and pronouns of muse: Uta (occasionally Akiyama Uta), they/them
Name and pronouns of mun: Jasper; he/they
URL: Polycoria
Species of Vessel: Human (coughs Ghoul)
Legendary: Giratina
Type of Vessel: Naturally occurring
Quick summary of abilities + level of ability: Mild levitation (floating), Shadow force/dark matter manipulation (to an extent), the ink in their tattoos is not really ink, but dark matter ‘woven’ into their skin, and able to move- shadow walking and ‘field of fear’ (like dragons in D&D)
Consequences of the abilities: Physical changes caused by overuse and strain- being a special vessel of Giratina, Uta’s eyes match those of the Ghostly Dragon. When overusing their abilities, their ‘tattoos’ may crack, their skin may pale, and depending on the severity, a red glow or a faint black mist may seep out from said cracks. Certain instances of this may occasionally be painful.
How did they get their abilities? Uta’s abilities were inherited from their mother- a woman from a long line of Vessels of varying powers and abilities, from a long-distant ancestor who was personally ‘touched’ by Giratina.
Is your muse a Vessel in mainverse or AU? AU!
Are you comfortable utilizing alternate history headcanons associated with Vessel lore? Yes!
apologies for letting this sit in the inbox for so long. accepted <3
blueshadesofvictory:
{I want Blue to call a character who is a Vessel for a Legendary, a furry. Cause he doesn’t believe Pokemon are to be worshipped, so someone who claims to be one in human form is basically a furry for him.}

full name & pronouns of muse : atlas hawthorne ( lieutenant atlas, atlas telamon, enduring atlas … ) / he him his name & pronouns of mun : knight / she her hers they them their URL : prometheansins species of vessel : human legendary : regigigas type of vessel : created quick summary of abilities + level of ability : atlas’s use of regigigas’ powers aren’t necessarily ‘ standard ’. already a skilled alchemist, he’s prone to utilizing ice & thunder punch to his advantage. while a created vessel, his natural abilities as an alchemist & beyond that as a soldier are the basis of which his vessel strengths are built upon. as the vessel of the great titan, he’s also durable as all fuck & is granted the expected super strength. he also possesses earth based abilities, but those come more as consequences in the end than powers that he uses. consequences of the abilities : oh boy oh boy. first, atlas can’t feel pain ; this gets worse as a vessel, if he couldn’t recognize his injuries before, he really can’t tell now. while he also has added durability, that doesn’t mean that he can’t be injured. the bigger they are, the harder they fall. atlas promised regigigas that when his life was forfeit, he would bear the burden of the heavens for the rest of eternity, so he knows that’s coming to him haha. atlas is also a soldier, he hasn’t left the military, he’s become their ’ eternal hero ’. should he not return his power that has turned him into the hero of the world, regigigas is just going to take it back. the earth based powers as mentioned before ? haha yeah atlas will a titan himself, ’ far beyond the murky realm of nyx stands the son of iapetos bearing the heavens upon trembling shoulders ’ or whatever theogeny says …. i think that’s theogeny. how did they get their abilities ? ’ thus did he collapse before great temple, body broken & yet he spoke : i will endure ’ atlas was a soldier, known to be a hero at heart, one who would not rest until he saved everyone. falling in battle, his hero spirit is recognized by the titan lord regigigas — ‘ he would become atlas telamon, enduring atlas, who looked upon great titan & spoke : the burdens of humanity, the weight of the stars, i shall take it upon my shoulders & become the hero of the world … ’ if they obtained their vesselship through a religion–what rank do they hold in that religion ? nah, atlas is a vessel because he’s a worthy soldier & also an impulsive idiot. is your muse a vessel in mainverse or au ? this is an au tian u kno this is a fullmetal alchemist blog but i saw the titan opening & went for it. are you comfortable utilizing alternate history headcanons associated with vessel lore ? ye this is an au after all.
GOD KNIGHT I LOVE YOU SO MUCH sending an app before the blog even opens LMAOOOOOoooooo #dedication i mean you p. much already know you’re in since we’ve discussed vessel atlas for literally hours while bored in class, so welcome to the vessel family <3
